Caenorhabditis elegans is a free-living nematode naturally found in temperate climate soils.In 1960s,researchers found Caenorhabditis elegans is a non-toxic,harmless,easy to raise and breed embryonic development study multicellular organisms.Since then,Caenorhabditis elegans have been most studied in the field of biology in a nematode.1.The effect of essential oil of green pepper on the survival rate of the nematode under acute oxygen stress is significantly better than that of the essential oil of pepper.Compared with the control group in Caenorhabditis elegans the survival situation,with 1mg/mL of green and red pepper essential oil processing Caenorhabditis elegans,can shift the Caenorhabditis elegans survival curve to the left,but 1 mg/mL of green pepper essential oil treatment group effect is obvious than 1mg/mL of pepper essential oil processing group life extension effect.The survival rate of the nematode was reduced to second in the 50%days after the treatment of the green pepper oil of 1mg/mL,and the survival rate of the nematode was reduced to 1 days in 50%days.0.1%the survival rate of the oil treated group of the essential oil of the red pepper was reduced to 50%and the 0.5 days were less than the control group.2.The essential oil of green pepper and red pepper effect on the nematode has a significantly shorter life expectancy,but the longest life has no significant effect on the essential oil.The effect of different concentrations of green pepper essential oil on the survival of the nematode in the acute oxygen stress conditions was not significant.The effects of 0.1mg/mL and 0.01mg/mL on the oil of the green pepper and the essential oil of red pepper were not significantly affected by the nematode.1 mg/ml,1.2mg/ml,1.4mg/ml,green pepper and 1 mg/ml,2mg/ml and 3mg/ml,4mg/ml of the essential oil of red pepper,survival of Caenorhabditis elegans in acute oxidative stress rate has a significant impact.3.Green pepper essential oil and the essential oil of red pepper effected on Caenorhabditis elegans body bending motion behavior and head sway behaviours has significant effect,and this effect exists in a concentration dependent manner,elevated concentrations of green pepper and pepper essential oils,the motion behavior of Caenorhabditis elegans inhibition is more obvious.The effect of different concentrations of green pepper essential oil on the oviposition ability of the nematode was promoted..After the fine treatment of the fine lines of the green pepper in lmg/mL,1.2mg/mL and 1.4mg/mL,the number of the first day after the rod line was decreased,but the number of the second days increased significantly.The beautiful hidden rod line of the 1.4mg/mL green pepper treatment still lays eggs in third days,while the other groups do not lay eggs for third days.The essential oil of different concentrations had no effect on the oviposition ability of the nematode.The essential oil and essential oil of the different concentrations of green pepper oil have a significant effect on the longevity of the nematode.Under the two essential oils,the average life and the maximum life of the nematode were decreased significantly.
