In recent years,with the improvement of flower consumption level,people has higher requirement for quality of ornamental flowers.spray chrysanthemum is one type of the cultured chrysanthemum,it has abundant germplasm resources,and many advantages such as strong branches in natural,compact plant type,concentrated with more flowers,it is widely used in production.spray chrysanthemum is usually used for family pot,flower beds and convex glass,park green space,etc.the dwarf cultivation for art design such as mould pattern material is very little.The study on spray chrysanthemum with bud cuttings,and found applicable scale production technology of spray chrysanthemum with bud cuttings and fertilization.It’s aim to dwarf spray chrysanthemum and shorten the growth period of it,developed a chrysanthemum material suitable for art art form rapidly.The test is mainly achieved the following results:1.Randomly selected 20 spray chrysanthemum,based on related indicators of root such as number,average length,the longest length,fresh weight,volume of roots and rooting rate with principal component analysis(pca),subordinate function analysis and cluster analysis,comprehensive analyzed the strength of belt bud cuttings rooting ability.The results were as follows:grade A(strongest rooting ability)included two varieties,’Nannonglibai’ and ’Nannongbiyu’;grade B included 8 varieties,they are ’QX138’,’Nannongjinxiu’,’lvqiu’,’Nannonglianglingmeng’,’ ’Nannonglihuang’,’Nannongyukou’,’Nannongfenye’,’Nannongbiyun’,respectively;grade C included 10 varieties,they are’Nannonghongyu’,’QX165’,’Nannongfeixia’,’Nannongyuxuan’,’Nannongtianxin’,’Nannongbinfen’,’Nannongfangzhou’,’Nannongxiaocaomei’,’Nannongzizhu’,’Nannongjinxiu’,respectively.2.The experiment took ’Nannonglibai’,’Nannongbiyu’,’Nannongxiaocaomei’ and’Nannongzizhu’ as material,treated with concentration of 0,250,500,750,1000 mg/L of NAA,respectively.Compared the influence of different concentration of NAA to different varieties with bud cuttings.The results show that:In terms of rooting of cuttings,in concentration of 0~750 mg/L NAA,the average number,length,fresh weight of root were correlated positively with concentration of NAA,but correlated negatively with it as the concentration in 750~1000 mg/L.Overall,the best concentration of NAA for cuttings with bud is 750 mg/L.In terms of growth and flowering,plant height,leaf number and stem diameter are not obvious as different varieties of cuttings treated with different concentrations of NAA.The bud number had insignificant difference in cutting period,but at the later stage of treatment,the flower number and flowering rate were effected by different concentration of NAA.It had extremely significant difference in 0~250 m/L and 500~1000 mg/L.As for flower NAA is 750 mg/L.3.Took ’Nannongjinrong’ and ’Nannongbinfen’ as the experimental material,sprayed with 0,1/4,1/2,1 proportion of Hoagland nutrient solution and once every five days until the flower colorated.The study found that 1/2 proportion of Hoagland nutrient solution greatly improved the ornamental quality of plants with bud cutting for more flower number,bigger flower diameter and longer blooming period. |
