A Preliminary Study On Self-purification Techonlogy Of Newcastle Disease In Breeding Farm Under High Antibody Level

Newcastle disease(ND)is an avian infectious disease that can cause significant economic losses.At present,mainly rely on vaccination and injection of high serum to prevent such diseases.In production practice,the use of hemagglutination inhibition(HI)test to monitor the immune response after flock changes.Through the detection of antibody levels after immunization analysis,evaluation of vaccine immunization effect,timely adjustment of immune procedures;the early warning and risk assessment of animal epidemic disease were carried out by analyzing the results of different time antibody monitoring.In this study,two chicken houses in a large scale chicken farm in Shaanxi province were selected as the pilot,through the gradual improvement of the Newcastle disease vaccine immunization program,to explore the high antibody level under the Newcastle disease purification technology,preliminary estimates cleanup costs and evaluation of purification efficiency.The main results are as follows:1.This study established a high antibody level flock by increasing the level of antibody by increasing the immune density and increasing the immunization dose.Immune a monthly Newcastle disease IV system live vaccine 3-4 feathers;every two months to inject an ND +H9 inactivated vaccine;every three months injection of H5 inactivated vaccine.The average antibody level of ND and AIH9 remained above 12Log2 throughout the production phase,and the AIH5 antibody level remained above 11Log2,can be well against the virus invasion,the basic does not affect the production performance.2.Explore Newcastle Disease Self-purification Technology at high antibody level,the results show,the actual production,in a good feeding and management on the basis of raising the HI antibody level to 12log2 above the full protection of the state.The study of the establishment of high antibody level breed,B5 homes in 34 weeks of age basically reached the purification state,A5 homes in 38 weeks after the purification to achieve the realization of the Newcastle disease self-purification3.Through the preliminary assessment of the cost and benefit of Newcastle disease purification technology,the establishment of high antibody level flocks to achieve NDV purification,to fully clean the state of the flocks can increase the economic benefits of about161420 yuan.
