Preliminary Approach To Nondestructive Testing And Quality Improving In ‘Feicheng Peach’

‘Feicheng peach’ is famous at home and abroad because of more juice,bigger fruit,strong aroma and rich nutrition and is called ‘Crown of peach’ among many varieties of peach.The ‘Feicheng peach’ has brought huge economic profits for the local Feicheng peach farmers.But the problems of ‘Feicheng peach’ should not be ignored.We consulted a large number of literatures and did a lot of design in this study.Then,‘BailiFeicheng peach’ more than ten years grown in the traditional origin of Feicheng peach(Liutai Country,Yiyang Town,Feicheng City,Tai’an City,Shandong Province)was used in this study for improvement experiments and researches.The study is divided into four parts: 1.Study on the relationship between the dielectric parameters and the physiological indexes of ‘Feicheng peach’ to find method for nondestructive testing of ‘Feicheng peach’ quality.2.Study on improving the inconsistent problem in maturation period of ‘Feicheng peach’ to try to reduce the difference between the abdominal suture and the opposite of abdominal suture;3.Study on improving the quality and flavor of ‘Feicheng peach’;4.Study on the method of storage and fresh keeping of ‘Feicheng peach’ and finding effective method to prolong the storage period and reduce the rate of decay,which is beneficial to the storage and preservation of ‘Feicheng peach’.The research contents are as follows:(1)We found that there were no significant correlation between Rs,ESR dielectric parameters and SSC,acid content,hardness and brittleness.The Lp,Ls,Cs,Cp and Z dielectric parameters have a good correlation with the SSC and the hardness of ‘Feicheng peach’ fruit,and have the most significant correlation with brittleness.But the correlation of them with the content of the titration acid was not significant.The relatively good dielectric parameter is Rp.In practice,it has a considerable prospect value of nondestructive testing of ‘Feicheng peach’ quality by determination of the corresponding dielectric parameters.(2)The results of the full range detection of the basic quality of ‘Feicheng peach’ found that the quality of the ventral suture site and its relative side were significantly different.And the quality of the various parts of the abdominal suture is generally symmetrical axis into a symmetrical relationship.Salicylic acid,ethephon treatment can improve the consistency of both ventral suture sides,but the effect will not be ideal if the treatment was premature.And the final treatment made full effect due to the maturity of the ‘Feicheng peach’,resulting in a more significant effect.The ventral sutures and its opposite side treated by 1.6-2.0 mmol/L concentrations of salicylic acid and 0.8-1.0 ml/L concentration of ethephon solution had the highest consistency.(3)In the sensory evaluation of ‘Feicheng peach’ fruit,the highest was VB2-5,followed by VB1-5,and the lowest was CVB treatment.The corresponding treatment with vitamin was consistent with the titratable acid content,hardness and crispness of ‘Feicheng peach’ fruit.It can effectively improve the quality of ‘Feicheng peach’ fruit flavor with 5g vitamin B2 every tree every month to deal with ‘Feicheng peach’ and its soil environment.(4)Under the condition of low temperature,the storage and fresh keeping of ‘Feicheng peaches’ is more favorable under the condition of room temperature.Under cold storage conditions,using 1-MCP with deoxidant to deal with ‘Feicheng peach’ will be more conducive to the storage and preservation of ‘Feicheng peach’.If the condition does not allow,and ‘Feicheng peach’ can’t be stored in low temperature environment,using 1-MCP to deal with ‘Feicheng peach’ just want to mature will be more conducive to the preservation under normal temperature conditions.If ‘Feicheng peach’ ripe,or too mature,using 1-MCP with deoxidant to deal with ‘Feicheng peach’.
