Effcets Of Different Fertilizer On Growth And Fruit Quality For Feicheng Peach

This experiment was carried out in Feicheng city Xishangli orchard from July 2008 to October 2010.Feicheng peach( Prunus persica cv.feicheng) was used as experimental materials.we studied the effect of different fertilizer prescription and different cultivars on the main Feicheng peach physiological indexes,fruit quality and the main aroma components content and patterns, for improving fruit quality scientifically and reliably. The results showed as:1. Chicken manure which has a good effect on improving the branch's growth was better than other fertilizers. In the leaf area, the dealing with sheep manure was larger than other fertilizers. The content of the chlorophyll with sheep manure and pig manure deal was better than with other fertilizers.The effect of sheep manure on photosynthetic rate was the largest.2. The effects of application same levels of the controlled-release fertilizer and the ordinary fertilizer were studied in field experiments.The results showed that controlled-release fertilizer increased photosynthetic rate and the content of the chlorophyll. The ordinary fertilizer increased leaf area.The controlled-release fertilizer could restrain shoot growth.3. The application of Nitrogen promoted the tree growth,increased the branches of trees,formed watershoots,reduced the fruit size and quality. The application of phosphate fertilizer promoted the fruit weight of which was the most obvious efficiency. It improved the Feicheng peach content of solid content and soluble sugar, reducing the content of titratable acid and the firmness . The application of the potassium fertilizer improved fruit yields had reasonably good storage quality. The application of the silicon fertilizer improved fruit yields and quality,Reducing the bell-shaped of fruit, this might reduce the fruit grade. Therefore, the fruit tree need balance manured in practice.4. The organic fertilizer improved the Feicheng peach content of solid content,soluble sugar and vc, reducing the content of titratable acid.The effect of different organic fertilizers on yield was remarkably different. More organic fertilizer can improved the fruit quality.5. The controlled-release fertilizer played their role in a process of gradually released. It improved the Feicheng peach content of solid content,soluble sugar and vc, reducing the content of titratable acid. The effect of different controlled-release fertilizer on yield was remarkably different. The effect of A1 was the best.6. The aroma components of different species composition was different. The White Feicheng peach was higher than the red feicheng peach at alcohol,ketone and anhydrolide.7. The organic fertilizer improved the Feicheng peach content of aroma components. The organic fertilizer reduced esters,but improved alcohol. The aroma type under the organic fertilizer treatment was higher than barren sand.8. Compared with Ordinary fertilizer, the controlled-release fertilizer improved the aroma components content. Especially in esters.The effect of A1 was the best.
