| In the situation of antibiotics caused by residual and drug resistance is increasingly serious,Chinese herbal medicine has the advantages of natural source,functional diversity,less toxic side effects,less drug residues,as an alternative to antibiotics in research and development will be the future development direction of feed additives,has broad application prospects.The effect of Chinese herbal medicine additive on milk of Rex Rabbit.This test is designed to discuss diet that the effect of different levels compound Chinese herbal medicine additive on milk of the Rex Rabbit.126 rabbits were divided into three groups: basal diet,2%Chinese herbal medicine additive and 4% Chinese herbal medicine additive,each of which was 42 repeats.To detected the Reproductive Performance and delivery of 0 d,14 d and 28 d,and then calculate the feed cost.The results showed that the survival rate of weaned rabbits increased gradually with the increase of the amount of Chinese herbal medicine,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).In the test,2% Chinese herbal medicine additives cost about 0.243 yuan per day.It was concluded that the addition of 2% Chinese herbal formula could significantly improve the maternal lactation and the survival rate of weaned rabbits.Effect of Chinese herbal medicine additives on the lactating Rex Rabbit breeding survival rate.The purpose of this experiment was to the effect of Chinese herbal medicine additive on different formula Rex Rabbits diets at different breeding modes of lactation Rex Lactation and pregnancy rate,litter size and feeding costs.To select the healthy rabbit and body condition to pregnancy Rex,according to 42 d,49 d and 56 dbreeding mode of feeding and management,each breeding mode was divided into three groups: basal diet,Chinese herbal medicine formula,formula II,formula III group,each group of 10 repeat,Chinese herbal medicine additive amount of 2% of the total diet.According to the different breeding mode,in different time interval of postpartum mating,fetal detection was touched,the statistics of pregnancy rate,litter and litter record delivery in 0 d,7 d,14 d,21 d and 28 d of lactation were also be detected,and next calculate the cost of feed.The test results show that on the 42 d in the mode of reproduction,the Chinese herbal medicine group with basic diet group the pregnancy rate different was not significantly(P>0.05);on the 49 d propagationmode,characterized by Tonifying the kidney formula group the pregnancy rate was significantly higher than that of the other 3 groups(P<0.05);on the 56 day breeding mode,Chinese herbal medicine formula III group which the pregnancy rate was significantly higher than the basal diet control group and promoting blood circulation characteristics to compare with formula II Group(P<0.05),Characterized by the blood of the Chinese herbal medicine group,the pregnancy rate compared to the basic diet control group increased but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).On the mode of reproduction test,the Rex Litter size and milk yield were not significantly different(P>0.05).With kidney as feature design of Chinese herbal medicine additive formula III to promote the best recovery test in Rex postpartum,the breeding pregnant rate is the highest,cost about 0.235 yuan per day. |
