Avena(Avena sativa L.)belongs to the oat family of Gramineae,and is an important food crop in Northwest and northeast china.In this experiment,Baiyan No.2,No.5,251516 new varieties as test materials,studied the biological fertilizer and fertilizer N,P fertilizer and planting density on the growth,yield and yield components,as well as the influence of the seed quality.To provide a scientific basis for oat planting and biological fertilizer promotion.The main results are as follows:In the experiment of biological fertilizer and N fertilizer,P fertilizer in Baiyan No.2 in N fertilizer and fertilizer treatments,oat plant height,panicle length,grain number,seed yield and straw yield reached the maximum.The effects of applying P fertilizer on oats were not regular.In the experiment of sowing density and fertilization:(1)Effect of sowing density and Fertilization on Oat GrowthThe sowing density and the level of N had no significant effect on the plant height of oat during the whole growth period.When the sowing density was150kg/hm2,the maximum stem diameter of oat was 0.377 cm,and the root diameter of oat was the smallest when the sowing density was 250kg/hm2.When the sowing density was 100kg/hm2,the content of chlorophyll and N in leaves reached the maximum,and the chlorophyll content and N content in leaves were lowest when the sowing density was 200kg/hm2 and 150kg/hm2.When the N level was193kg/hm2,the stem diameter,chlorophyll content and leaf N content of oat reached the maximum.(2)Effect of sowing density and Fertilization on yield of oatWhen the sowing density was 200kg/hm2,the spike length and 1000 grain weight of oat reached the maximum,14.38 cm and 20.64 g respectively.The planting density is 250kg/hm2,oat panicle number,grain number,straw yield,seed yieldreached the highest yield and seed yield of straw were 10.45 * 103kg/hm2 and 8.21* 103kg/hm2;but the panicle and straw yield and sowing density was not significant difference when 200kg/hm2.When sowing density was 100kg/hm2,oat straw yield and seed yield were lowest.When the level of N was 145kg/hm2,the spike length,the spike number,1000 grain weight,straw yield and seed yield reached the maximum.When the level of N was 193kg/hm2,grain weight reached the maximum,415.6 * 104/hm2.When the level of N was 0kg/hm2,the panicle length,1000 grain weight,panicle number,grain weight per spike,yield of straw and seed yield were minimum.In the experiment of sowing density(D,kg/hm2)and N level(N,kg/hm2)on the yield of oat straw(Yg,103kg/hm2)and seed yield(Ys,103kg/hm2)of the regression equations were Yg=3.479+0.014N+0.014D(R2=0.579***)Ys=0.145+0.013N+0.025D(R2=0.699***)(3)Effect of sowing density and Fertilization on quality of oat seedsThe effects of N application level and sowing density on the relative water content of oat seeds were not significant.When the sowing density was 250kg/hm2 and the level of applying N was 145kg/hm2,the starch content of Oat Seed reached the maximum,680.13mg/g.When the sowing density was 150kg/hm2 and the level of N was 97kg/hm2,the crude fiber content of Oat Seed reached the maximum value,11.38%.When the sowing density was 200kg/hm2 and the level of N was193kg/hm2,the protein content of Oat Seed reached the maximum,270.89mg/g.When the sowing density was 200kg/hm2 and the level of N was 145kg/hm2,the content of beta glucan in oat seeds reached the highest level,210.86ug/g.Fertilizer dressing,application level of N 145kg/hm2(75%N),planting density was 200kg/hm2,the growth of oat adaptation and yield and quality of good.
