Vinegar residues are the by-product in the vinegar production.At present,the main disposal methods are open stack and landfill.However,vinegar residues slowly and occupy the land resource due to the long time stacking.which can pollute the environment.The study objects in this research are compost vinegar residues which are made by solid vinegar residue waste and used for pot culture experiment.This research studied the effects of the low fertility soil and the quality of rape generated by the vinegar residue fertilizer.Using experiments to detect the efficacy of vinegar residue fertilizer and the best application amount,and provide a practical method for vinegar residue recycle and low fertility soil improvement.The main research contents include:(1)Compare the fertilizer efficiency between vinegar residue fertilizer and organic fertilizer.Study the effect of different vinegar residue fertilizer on the physical and chemical properties of soil and quality of rape and explore the most suitable usage amount and better compost.(2)Optimized formula vinegar residue fertilizer test.Choose better vinegar residue fertilizer for further test based on the results get from former experiments and investigate the impact of vinegar residue fertilizer on physical and chemical properties of soil and the quality of rape in different growing period.The results are mainly as follows:(1)Vinegar residue fertilizer can improve the physical and chemical properties of soil and influence their enzymatic activity.After adding vinegar residue fertilizer,the pH value in low fertility soil remains stable,while the soil organic matter?cation exchange capacity?soil nutrient and enzymatic activity have increased dramatically.The sample using vinegar residue fertilizer has higher cation exchange capacity and available phosphorus content,but lower organic matter,total nitrogen and available potassium compared with that using organic fertilizer treatment.With the increase of the usage of vinegar residue fertilizer,the contents of soil organic matter?cation exchange capacity?soil nutrient and enzymatic activity show a climbing trend.(2)Vinegar residue fertilizer has a positive effect of the quality of rape.After using vinegar residue fertilizer,the growth of rape is significant;Total phosphorus?total potassium?Vc and soluble protein of rape show different level of increase but total nitrogen and nitrate decrease.Compared with using organic fertilizer,the plant height?biomass?total phosphorus?total potassium?chlorophyll?Vc and soluble protein of the rape increase in the samples which are using vinegar residue fertilizer.The indexes of growth level,nutrient,chlorophyll and nitrate were increased with the usage of vinegar residue fertilizer.(3)Formula2 is better than formulal.When the consumption of vinegar residue fertilizer is between 19.98-26.64g/kg,soil nutrient and alkaline phosphatase activities were higher in formula 2 compared with that in formulal treatment.When the consumption of vinegar residue fertilizer is between 19.98-26.64g/kg,nutrient?Vc and soluble protein of rape in formula 2 were higher compared with that in formulal treatment.(4)Optimized formula vinegar residue fertilizer test further suggested:After applied vinegar residue fertilizer,not only the quality of rape had certain enhancement,but at the same time the growth and quality of rape was also not significantly reduced in the process of rape maturing and aging.After cultivating for eight weeks,the biomass?total free amino acid?soluble protein?soluble sugar and catalase activity is higher than the rape which is cultivated in six weeks.(5)Considering the influence of vinegar residue fertilizer on soil physical and chemical properties and the growth and quality of the rape,the best application amount is 19.98 to 26.64 g/kg which is equivalent to 45 t/hm2to60 t/hm2 in the practical production.
