In this paper, the effects of the different dosage of biological organic fertilizer ?S? and chemical fertilizer ?H? combined on reclamation soil respiration intensity, the biological activity, the nutrient content of soil, and the promotion of the growth and quality improvement of forage maize were studied by field plot experiment, to provide a scientific basis for the reasonable fertilization way for the reclamation area. The results show:1. Combined application of bio-organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer can effectively improve respiration intensity reclamation soil. In the growth period of maize, when a certain amount of fertilizer was applied, CO2 respiration flux of reclamation soil increased gradually with the increase of the amount of applied bio-organic fertilizer, thus contributing to improve respiratory intensity. When a certain amount of bio-organic fertilizer was applied, CO2 respiration flux of reclamation soil increased gradually with the increase of the amount of applied fertilizer. The difference of CO2 flux in chemical fertilizer treatment and that in bio-organic fertilizer treatment was not obvious. Under this condition, the soil respiration in H2S2 combined application treatment was significantly higher than other treatments in jointing and heading of maize, the difference was not obvious in maturity Fertilization, but still higher than CK. The CO2 flux in H2S2 Fertilizers treatment was 1.44 times,1.61 times and 1.17 times higher than that in CK treatment in the same period.2. Combined application of bio-organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer helps to improve the soil biological activity. The overall changing trend of the average well color development ?AWCD? that can reflect soil microbial activity which determined by BIOLOG ECO micro-plate method was H2S2> HS2=H2S> HS> H?S> CK, By using the diversity index of the data analysis of the value of 96h AWCD, it has been found that different Fertilizer Treatments have different effects on the richness of carbon utilization and diversity of microorganisms. In the jointing stage, combined application of H2S and HS2?HS had no significant difference on the richness index of carbon utilization, the richness index treated by H2S2 was 1.56 times as many as that treated by CK, Shannon community index was 21.1% higher than that of CK treatment.Both single application of chemical fertilizer and single application of bio-organic fertilizer, soil Shannon indexes were low and the differences were not significant, but they were higher than CK treatment. At the tasseling stage, with the combined application of H2S and HS2, the index difference was not significant, but with the combined application of H2S2, it was significantly higher than all other treatments, the richness of carbon utilization treated by the combined application of H2S2 was 1.79 times as many as that treated by CK, besides Shannon community index was 34.7% higher than that of CK. In the process of the growth of maize, from different fertilization level, when the same amount of fertilizer was applied, the enzyme activity increased gradually with the increase of the amount of applied biological organic fertilizer; when the same amount of bio-organic fertilizer was applied, the enzyme activity increased gradually with the increase of the amount of applied fertilizer. The fertilization treatment all can improve the soil enzyme activity ?sucrase, phosphatase, urease? in different degrees, and the enzyme activity reach maximum in the tasseling stage. Phosphatase activity and invertase activity reached maximum0.81 mg/g and5.86mg/g under the combined application of H2S2, urease activity reached maximum 0.91 mg/g treated by H2S.3. Combined application of bio-organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer can effectively improve the nutrient content of reclamation soil. In various periods, different fertilizer treatments can significantly alter the change of soil nutrient content, and the effect of fertilization treatment was significantly better than that of the control group. The nutrient content was higher than that of other fertilization treatments, and with the advancement of reproductive period, the content of alkali hydrolysable N increased at first, then decreased and trend to stable at last, and reached maximum at the tasseling stage,35.8lmg/kg,94.8% higher than that of blank CK, organic content treated by the combined application of H2S2 in the three periods were 7.34 g/kg,9.01 g/kg, 8.56 g/kg, compared with CK respectively increased 1.65g/kg,4.51g/kg,2.61 g/kg;There were significant differences in available phosphorus content under different fertilizer treatments at tasseling stage, available phosphorus content under H2S2 treatment was up to 35.9 mg/kg. Available potassium content in all treatments showed significant growth compared to that in CK treatment. In the growth period of maize, soil nitrogen content changed little, and was similar with that of organic matter.4. Combined application of bio-organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer can significantly improve the growth of maize plants in reclamation soil and the content of total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium and crude protein. In the jointing stage, compared with the control CK,, the increase of plant height under each fertilization treatment was 3.41-17.2cm, improved 8.6%-43.6%; in tasseling stage, compared with the control CK, the increase of plant height under each fertilization treatment was 34.58-90.08cm, improved 40.8%-106%; In the mature period, compared with the control CK, the increase of plant height under each fertilization treatment was29.5-87.6cm, improved 28.3%-83.9%. Similarly, fertilization can significantly increase the amount of corn stem diameter and dry matter, the largest stem diameter was treated by H2S2 and the increase in three growth stages were 37.7%,58.9%,83.6%. The amount of dry matter increased by 68.1 percent,161.6 percent,100.3 percent compared with CK treatment. Combined application of bio-fertilizer and chemical fertilizer was significantly higher than that of single application of treatment, all fertilize treatments were significantly higher than that of CK.5. Combined application of bio-organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer can significantly promote the accumulation of NPK and crude protein content in the upper parts of corn field'. Except for the changes of total nutrient content in maize, other nutrient accumulation have a certain significant in maize. When the fertilizer was applied, the nutrient accumulation of maize increased with the increase of the amount of biological fertilizer; When the amount of fertilizer was applied, the amount of nutrient accumulation in maize increased with the increase of the amount of fertilizer applied. And the nutrient accumulation of maize reached the highest under the treatment of H2S2. In the mature period, compared with CK, the content of total nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in maize was 1.85g/kg,3.08g/kg and 13.99g/kg, which respectively increased 91%,56% and 28.9%. Under the treatment of H2S2, The content of crude protein in the mature was 11.81%, which increased to 98.4% compared with CK. Followed by H2S, HS2, HS treatment, the crude protein content was 11.4%,10.75%,10.01%.
