Jiangxi Rural Drinking Water Project (Tons Of People) Safety Degree Research And Application Of Evaluation Method

Jiangxi province attaches great importance to solve the problem of rural drinking water safety,according to statistics,2005-2013 years,investment in the province's rural drinking water safety of various types of funds 7 billion 950 million yuan,the central government invested 5 billion 139 million yuan,the provincial construction investment of 867 million yuan,more than 6 rural drinking water safety project to effectively solve the safety problems of drinking water for 15 million 720 thousand rural residents and 1 million 250 thousand rural school teachers and students in particular,the "12th Five-Year" period,vigorously promote the large-scale construction of rural drinking water safety engineering,construction of 800 more than one thousand tons of people above the scale of rural centralized water supply project,a large force of individual areas to promote the integration of urban and rural water supply project construction in Jiangxi Province,rural water supply is convenient and safe drinking water from the drinking water to ensure the water quality of the road on moving forward.With the development of society and improvement of living standards in rural areas,rural areas are also put forward higher requirements on the safety of drinking water,especially in Jiangxi province has increased to rural agricultural work to drink tap water height,rural drinking water safety problem solving is more extensive,complex and arduous,we need to proceed from reality,to make safe drinking water a more systematic and comprehensive evaluation.Drinking water safety as a dynamic concept,in the new situation,the standard is more and more high,the connotation is also more and more rich.2004 two "rural drinking water safety and health evaluation index system" has been difficult to qualitative evaluation of the safety of drinking water projects,not to mention the quantitative evaluation of the safety of drinking water projects.How to scientifically and reasonably evaluate the safety degree of the construction of rural drinking water projects is an important issue to be studied and explored in the development of rural water supply.In this study,Jiangxi Province in the development of rural drinking water safety project(million tons)key problems in construction and management of agricultural engineering,drink(tons of people)safety evaluation as the goal,constructs the evaluation index system of the rural drinking water project,and by using the method of AHP,determine the categories and weight index the safety evaluation standard,designated drinking grade agricultural engineering.Through the actual engineering case,the safety evaluation grade standard is tested,and the rationality of the standard is defined.
