Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Drinking Water Management In S County, Chongqin

The rural drinking water safety project is a major livelihood project in my country,which is of great significance for improving the living conditions of rural residents,ensuring the safety of drinking water in rural areas,and promoting the construction of a harmonious society.With the rapid development of new rural construction and the continuous acceleration of urbanization,the rural ecological environment has been destroyed and water pollution has been further intensified.Continuously promoting rural water supply projects,doing a good job in rural drinking water management,and ensuring rural drinking water safety have become comprehensive construction projects.The important task of the new socialist countryside.This paper adopts the methods of literature collection and investigation and research,starts with the current situation of rural drinking water safety management in S County of Chongqing,and expounds the relevant theories of drinking water,rural drinking water safety and rural drinking water safety management through relevant literature review.Taking the current situation of rural drinking water safety management in S County of Chongqing as the survey object,this paper carries out a questionnaire survey and sampling survey,and understands the main body,content,measures,mode and achievements of rural drinking water safety management in s county through empirical analysis,so as to reveal the unclear responsibility subject and lack of systematization of rural drinking water safety management in SZ county;Insufficient capital investment and rough project construction;Outdated management mode and absence of risk mechanism;Lack of public participation,poor drinking water safety atmosphere and other prominent problems.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the causes of each problem,drawing on the research experience of rural drinking water safety in foreign developed countries,and combined with the current situation and problems of rural drinking water safety management in S County,this paper further puts forward scientific suggestions for water supply and management,including: clarifying the subject of responsibility and improving the management system;Increase capital investment and strengthen supervision;Innovate management mode and build risk mechanism;Strengthen publicity and improve safety awareness,so as to provide important reference for rural drinking water management in S County.
