| Shiitake mushroom was the second largest edible fungus which was also the main medicinal mushroom, it is known was the "king of the fruit". The tradition cultivation substrate of mushroom was broadleaf sawdust in China which was the earliest country cultivated mushroom. In recent years, there’s an crisis of shortage of material resources in cultivation of mushroom, with the development of mushroom industry and the broad-leaved forest resource.The experiment research the effect of different cultivation substrate and cultivation mode on the growth of mushroom mycelium, nutritional composition and the yield of fruiting body, by using different cultivation substrate (mulberry twig, common jujube branches, miscellaneous tree branches and apple wood branches) and different cultivation patterns (forests planted, mushroom awning cultivation, mushroom awning three-dimensional), in order to filter suitable for cultivation of the substrate formula and the best cultivation mode. Results were as follows:1) Shiitake mushroom mycelium can grow on the 4 kinds of fruit tree substrate and 3 kinds of formula (A formula:wood:bran:gypsum= 89:10:1, B formula:wood:bran:gypsum=79:20:1, C formula: wood:bran:gypsum=69:30:1). The growth and growth rate of Shiitake mushroom mycelium of C formula was better than A and B with the same cultivation substrate, there’s a significant difference between A and C. The result shows that the high content of bran conducive to the growth of mycelium. The rate of Shiitake mushroom mycelium shows the significant difference between the cultivation substrate, the trends that is jujube< miscellaneous wood< mulberry<apple wood with the different cultivation substrate.2) The yield of jujube substrate especially C formula is 995g per bar which is significantly higher than regular formula, there’s no significant difference between the yield of apple wood substrate and miscellaneous substrate, and the lowest yield was mulberry substrate by 667g per bar, by using bacteria stick made of mulberry, apple wood and common jujube as main cultivation substrate. The yield tendency of Shiitake mushroom shows that A formula< formula B< formula C, and there’s a significant difference between C formula and A formula. The result shows that the higher nitrogen content was the higher yield.3) the nutrient of Shiitake mushroom cultivated by different formula shows that:the organic matter was significantly higher than common formula except apple wood A formula, jujube B and C formula. The nitrogen content of miscellaneous wood ABC formula, mulberry BC formula, apple wood A formula and jujube C formula was significantly higher than common formula. The phosphorus content of jujube ABC formula, miscellaneous wood ABC formula, and apple wood formula was significantly higher than common formula. The potassium content of all fruit tree A formula was significantly higher than common formula.4) The Shiitake mushroom yield of aircraft plant paten was significantly higher than other three patens by 163.2kg/m2, the nutrients including organic matter, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium were significantly higher than other three patens, and there’s no significant difference in organic matter content.Therefore, the fruit of sawdust could be used in mushroom cultivation considering the growth of mushroom mycelium, yield of fruit body and the nutrient composition. Aircraft plant model could be used in mushroom cultivation considering the cultivation mode. |
