Effects Of Histamine On Nutrients Digestibility, Production Performance And The Morphological Of Digestive Tube Of Fattening Ram Lamb | | Posted on:2017-06-23 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:J M Zhang | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2323330512960945 | Subject:Grass science | | Abstract/Summary: | | | The aim was to study the effect of histamine on the apparent digestibility, digestive enzymes and the rumen index of sheep. And by analysis mutton slaughtering index, nutrient content, meat quality traits, the content of amino acids and fatty acids of fattening sheep, discuss the effect of histamine on the production. Exploring the effect that different histamine content on morphological of the digestive tubet by studying the development form of rumen wall villi and small intestinal villus. The previous section was to study that the effects of histamine addictive on the digestion and metabolism of sheep. Choose 40 healthy,20±1 kg of hybrid sheep, randomly divided into 4 groups. Randomized block design, according to histamine content divided into CK (no histamine), H1 group (50 mg/kg DM), H2 (200 mg/kg DM) group and H3 group (500 mg/kg DM),TMR. Blood collected at the beginning, middle and late respectively and the digestibility tests was carried out at the end. The results showed that:The CK group significantly below the daily DMI of H1 group (p<0.05), CK group average daily DMI was significantly higher than H2 and H3 group (p<0.05). DM digestibility of CK and H1 group compared with no significant difference, the H1 group was significantly higher than that of H2 and H3 group of dry matter digestibility (p<0.05).H1 group of CP digestive rate up to 74.21%, H3 group digestive rate compared to H1 group was lower 3.39%. CK and H1 group rumen juice pH value difference was not obvious, but higher than that of H2 and H3 group rumen juice pH value (p<0.05). NH3-N content of rumen juice in H3 group most than other group, H1 group was lower 0.32mmol/L than H3 group. AA at H1 group was highest, AA in CK group higher than that of H2 and H3 group (p<0.05). The H3 group of BA content was significantly higher than the other group (p<0.05), the H1 group was the lowest concentration of BA. Adding different doses of histamine feed, feed the sheep back in 0 h,2 h,4 h,6 h and 8 h, the group also has a certain change trend, histamine concentrations of total trend of H3> H2 group> H1 group> CK group.CK group and experimental group GOT content was not difference. GPT was not significant differences between the CK group and experimental group at the end of test. CK group compared with the H3 group was not significant difference in LDH, but significantly lower than the H1 group of LDH levels. The AKP level of H1 group was significantly higher than that of CK group level H1, H2 and H3group. H1 group of TP content was significantly higher than CK group, and H1 group of TP content was significantly higher than H2 and H3 group. BUN of CK group was significantly lower than the other group, H1 group was significantly lower than that of H2 and H3 group. Comprehensive analysis:histamine content in 50 mg/kg DM is conducive to digestion and metabolism of sheep. The second of experiment was explore that the effect of histamine on slaughter performance, meat quality and nutrient properties and the fatty acids and amino acids.CP content in H1 and CK group compared with the difference is not obvious, but the H3 group is slightly lower than that of H2.Live weight before slaughter sheep H1 group is significantly higher than other group(p<0.05). The highest feed conversion rate in H1 group, CK group followed, H2 and H3 group the lowest. The shear stress of H1 and H2 group was significantly higher than that of CK group and H3.H1 TSFA content was significantly lower than that of CK group, and TSFA content of CK significantly higher than other group. The C16:0 was no significant difference between CK group, H1 and H2 group, but were significantly higher than that of H3. The content of C 16:1 and C17:1 that H1 group significantly higher than CK, H2 and H3 group. The content of PUFA that H1 group (10.09%) was higher than CK, and the CK group was lowest (7.29%). The arachidonic acid content of H1 group was significantly higher than that of CK, and the content of CK group was significantly lower than that of H2 and H3 group content. Highest linoleic acid content in HI group, and significantly higher than that of CK group, and CK of linoleic acid was significant lower than H2 and H3 group. The content of DHA and EPA that H1 group both were highest. The AAA content of H2 group was significantly higher than that of CK group and H1, H1 group AAA content higher than CK. Comprehensive analysis:a little of histamine was good for the accumulation of fatty acids and amino acids, but a lot of histamine could affect the quality of mutton. The third of experiment was explore the effect that different histamine content on morphological of the digestive tubet by studying the development form of rumen wall villi and small intestinal villus. H1 group of rumen nipple length is significantly higher than other three treatment group(p< 0.05), length of rumen nipple from long to short order for H1> CK> H2> H3, the H3 group length than H1 group of 148.07μ m.The H1 group of small intestinal villus length is significantly higher than the control group, suggests that low concentrations of histamine can promote the development of small intestinal villus. The small intestinal villus length of H2 and H3 group was significantly lower than the control group, shows that high concentrations of histamine is not conducive to the growth of the small intestine villi. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | histamine, digestion and metabolism, mutton quality, amino acid, fatty acid, rumen villi, small intestinal villus, ram lamb | | Related items |
