Recent years, with the speeding up of urbanization, the further deterioration of the natural environment, the growing shortage of land resources,the food security problem and agricultural land resources shortage problems have been concerned by our national government and the masses. With the rapid development of urbanization and the continuous improvement of people's living standard. More and more people begin to pay attention to their own basket. How can we eat clean, no contamination and cheap vegetables have become the things that is the most concerned. Many people who is regarded as a city farmer in their part-time start to take active measures to plant clean vegetables. As the land in city is very expensive, it is hard to find a cheap land for people to plant vegetables, many people started to break up garden in their balcony. Although the potted plant in the balcony has fixed some problems, it also faces a series of problems such as the limitation of climate factors and the lack of production of vegetables in whole year.Plant factory is a new production mode that is technology intensive, free of the natural environmental conditions, it is a production system that use computers to control environmental factors which are needed for plant growth such as the temperature, humidity, light, CO2 concentration, and nutrient solution.It is also an automatic facility which is not affected by the outside climate condition. Plant factories don't need to use agricultural land to product safe clean vegetables and is highly mechanized.As all the environmental factors in plant factory are manually controlled, it can create an optimal growth conditions for plants. therefore, we can produce safe, clean, pollution-free vegetables without using pesticides. We can reduce the harmful ingredients of nitrate content in the plant through the adjustment of the nutrient solution; withing increasing certain ingredients of the plant we can produce green vegetables with high quality.It is founded that the per unit area yield in plant factory is several times or even one hundred times the yield as that in outdoors.The emergence of this technology has greatly solved the food safety problems and the new mode of this production is considered to be an important way to solve the problem of population, resources and environment in 21st century.Miniature intelligent vegetable cultivation cabinet is a miniature plant factory system products using plants factory based on the technology and principle of plant factory. Micro intelligent vegetable cultivation cabinet can grow a lot of kinds of leaf vegetables, flowers and vanilla plants. It uses the red and blue LED light that can save 60% energy more than ordinary light; The vegetable cultivation cabinet use a solar energy plate that is energy saving and environmental protection to generate electricity which is stored in the storage battery when is redundant; it can product pollution-free and clean vegetables with clean, pollution-free soilless culture medium and do not use any pesticides and chemical fertilizers.It can not only satisfy safety, health, green and edify sentiment,but also meet the demand of the close nature for a family, meanwhile it can absorb the CO2 which is released by human and release a large number of O2, Ii is used to create fresh air so as to realize the low carbon, environmental protection and ecological in our family, hospital, office and other places.This paper is supported by Shanxi Province science and technology research projects (greenhouse engineering integration system based on Internet of things technology demonstration 20130311010-4).When studying result of the analysis of the market economy it can found the the market potential of this product is very good which has a good profitability and economic benefit, the project investment internal rate of return is 12.7% (the benchmark yield is 10%). The construction period of payback period is 1.53 years(including 1 year of construction) which is reasonable. In addition, the sensitivity analysis and break-even analysis shows that the project break-even point is 52.63%, the company's products can break even operation when the annual output is 1052 units,which is show that the project has a better ability to resist risks. As long as pay attention to management in the process of production and have a timely understanding of the market, the project will have good economic benefit.
