| In order to provide a suitable growth environment for the crops inside the microplant factory,the experimental research on the temperature response characteristics under different environmental temperatures and set temperatures conditions have been conducted,the environment information acquisition module,the growth state monitoring module,the human-computer interaction module,the execution drive module,the data storage module,information interaction module and the wireless network communication module have been designed,and the environmental factor control strategy is formulated in this paper,finally,a micro plant factory intelligent control system was built and crop planting experiment was conducted.The specific research work is as follows.(1)Research on temperature response characteristics of microplant factory.Environmental factors have a great influence on crop growth.Temperature,as a major environmental factor in micro-plant factories,has a significant effect on photosynthesis and respiration of crops,and affects the accumulation and distribution of dry matter in crops.In this paper,the temperature response characteristics of microplant factory under different environmental temperatures and set temperatures were experimentally studied,and the temperature characteristics of the microplant factory were analyzed in detail.The experimental results provide a theoretical basis for the development of temperature control strategies in micro-plant factories and the analysis of the relationship between crop growth and the environment.Experiments were divided into heating tests and cooling tests.(2)Hardware design of microplant factory control system.Firstly,according to the change characteristicsof each environmental parameterin the micro-plant factory,the corresponding control strategy was formulated.Based on the functional requirements and control strategies of the system,the selection of control system components,schematic design,PCB board drawing,circuit welding and circuit debugging were completed.The control system includes a control unit and an execution unit.The control unit mainly includes the collection of main factors such as temperature,humidity and liquid level,human-computer interaction design,clock module,storage module,alarm module,camera module,information interaction module and network module.The execution unit is mainly used to implement the information exchange with the control unit and the control of each execution device.(3)Control strategies and software design of microplant factory control system.According to the functional requirements of the system and the hardware design and results of temperature response characteristics research,a micro-plant factory environmental control strategy was formulated,and software design for each function was performed.The control unit is mainly used to implement display functions of system setting parameters,crop information,environmental detection information and system working status,setting function of basic parameter information,temperature acquisition function and control algorithm design,nutrient liquid circulation control algorithm design,crop growth status picture collection function,data storage function and ESP8266 serial to WIFI network communication function.The execution unit is mainly used to implement software control of various execution devices inside the micro-plant factory.The information exchange between control unit and execution unit adopts Modbus RTU protocol based on RS485 bus.(4)Microplant factory performance verification experiments.The lettuce planting experiments were conducted in a microplant factory to test the overall work performance of the system and verify the control effect of the system.The problems found during the experimental process were recorded,and the control system was perfected.At the same time,the growth information of lettuce was recorded during theexperiment and the growth of the crops in each layer was analyzed,and the effectiveness of the environmental controllers and control strategies of the microplant factory were verified through experiments.The test results show that in the micro-plant factory,system control error is within a reasonable range and the system is stable and reliable which can provide suitable light,temperature and humidity conditions and reasonable nutrient solution for the growth of crops.It has high practicability. |
