Study and analysis of spectral characteristics of different soil erosion regions, it is helpful to the monitoring and control of soil erosion regions by hyperspectral remote sensing, and to realize the orientation of remote sensing technology.In this paper, according to the actual situation of soil erosion region in Changting County and the relevant papers, taking different soil erosion areas- highly intense, severe, mild, intense, moderate intense and slight as scale.Using Field Spec3 ASD field spectrometer to collect the spectral data carried on the trial region which is at least 20m*20m in different soil erosion areas.Processing and analysising the collected spectral data by the methods of mathematical transformation,such as the first order differential, two order differential, logarithmic transformation, envelope removal and so on.In order to distinguish the different soil erosion areas and provide the basis for remote sensing identification,analysis the spectral characteristics of different plants in the same trial region different coverage areas, and the same plant in different trial regions by computing the NDVI,RVI of plant, and 11 indexs of the spectral such as G AV,DRE.Studies show that the overall trend of the bare spectral curve will be increased with the increase in wavelengths. In the range of 550-750nm, the spectral curve will appear two small raised reflection peak. In the visible region of 400-525nm,the spectral reflectance of bare land from large to small were highly intense, severe, mild and intense,except for the moderate intense and slight region which is impacted by the Masson Pine.Masson Pine as the main species in the soil erosion ecological restoration area of Changting County,in different scale,the reflectance characteristics show three regularities:(1)The spectral reflectance in the near-infrared range(>750nm) in the slight and mild area are significantly higher than highly intense, intense and moderate intense soil erosion area.(2) NDVI and RVI decrease with the increases of of intensity of soil and water loss.(3) The Red Edge position(RE,700nm) of Masson Pine in the highly intense, intense and moderate intense soil erosion area is significantly less than the slight and mild area(718nm). For spectral characteristics of OldWorldForked Fern, the spectral reflectance show a trend of significantly decrease with the increase of the intense soil erosion,in the near-infrared range(>750nm),as well as the NDVI and RVI...
