The effects of Sanguiraine preparation(SAN) on the growth performance, antioxidant ability and intestinal function of yellow broiles were investigated.875 yellow broilers (hen) of age of 1 day were divided into 5 treatments, with the antibiotic group,0 mg/kg,50 mg/kg, 150 mg/kg group with Sangrovit (sanguinarine 1.50%, cheleruthrine 0.75%)from Macleaya Sanguinarine extract. Full Experimental period 56 days, divided into pre (1?28d), late (29 ?56d) in two phases. Record daily food intake and weight section 1,28 and 56 d, calculate the various stages of feed conversion.Collection 28,56 d serum, liver, intestine, breast and leg muscle and other samples, examined serum and liver antioxidant indicators, slaughter performance, meat quality, serum biochemical indexes, intestinal morphology and other indicators. The results show:(1) The chicken's 1-4?5-8?1-8 weeks average daily feed intake (ADFI),5-8?1-8 weeks average daily weight gain (ADWG) and 1-4 weeks feed conversion ratio (FCR) shows sinnificant differences of diets supplemented with levels of SAN (P<0.05);1-4 weeks ADFI and FCR,5-8 weeks ADWG and 1-8 weeks ADFI presented quadratic curve with the increase of SAN levels,5-8 weeks ADFI and ADWG,1-8 weeks ADFI and ADWG was linear (P<0.05); 56 d broilers half eviscerated ratio, full eviscerated ratio had significant difference (P<0.05); Some chicken breast muscle water loss rate, pH, cooking loss was significantly (P<0.05); Leg muscle water loss rate, pH value of significant or extremely significant (P<0.05)(2) At 28 days of age stage, SAN group can significantly improved the activity of CAT and GSH-Px in serum and reduced 8-OHdG, PHO and part of the MDA content (P< 0.05); For liver, can significantly increased the CAT and the activity of GSH-Px and GSH levels (P<0.05). At 56 days of age in serum, the blood CAT and SOD content in SAN group was obviously higher than that of 0 mg/Kg SAN and antibiotics group, and with the added dose of CAT, SOD content in serum increase significantly reduced (P<0.05); the content of MDA,8-OHdG, PHO was significantly lower than 0 mg/Kg SAN and antibiotics, but with the added level of 150 mg/Kg when it was increased (P<0.05); In the age of 56 liver, SAN group and 0 mg/Kg SAN groups, T-AOC, GSH-Px activity and GSH levels differ significantly (P<0.05).(3) Dietary sanguinarine improved 28-day-old stage jejunum intestinal wall thickness (IWT), crypt depth (CD) and value of VH/CD (P<0.05). Improved 56-day-old broiler duodenal IWT, villous height (VH), CD and VH/CD of value, IWT?VH of the jejunum and ileum's VH(P<0.05).(4) At 28 days of age, IgA of SAN groups decreased with increasing dose,IgG and IgM were decreased (P<0.05);Dietary SAN some extent, significantly improved the value of chicken serum UA (P<0.05). At 56 days of age, SAN groups contained in the immunoglobulin levels were higher than 0 mg/Kg SAN treatment group, IgG and IgM in serum with increasing levels of added SAN rather increased. In 56 days, the value of spleen index of immune organs index level with the added temperature increased; compared with 0 mg/Kg SAN group, SAN treatment groups significantly reduced the level of serum UA (P <0.05).The measurement results of this comprehensive study of the indicators of view, sanguinarine Yellow Broiler can improve and enhance the antioxidant and improve bowel function, dietary supplementation with 50 mg/kg sanguinarine appropriate.
