In this experiment, large-sized healthy Monopterus albuses which the initial weight are 68.85±0.44g and small specification (26.67±0.17g) as the test breeding objects, the large-sized Monopterus albuses are randomly divided into four treatment groups, each cage place 50 tail fishes. Treatments are raised by the same bait according to 2.8%,3.6%,4.4% and 5.2% of the Monopterus albuses weight respectively. The small-sized Monopterus albuses are randomly divided into five treatment groups and each cage place 100 tail fishes, Treatments are also raised by the same bait according to the 3.0%,4.0%,5.0%,6.0% and 7.0% of the Monopterus albuses weight respectively. Researching for feeding amount of two specifications Monopterus albuses intestinal digestive enzymes and immune effects of growth. Test lasts eight weeks with 3 replicates per treatment. The results are as follows: Two kinds of specifications Monopterus albuses have the best feeding of growing are 4.4 to 5.2% and 6.0 to 7.0%. When this date is 2.8% to 5.2% and 2.0 to 4.0%, two kinds of speciticationgs Monopterus albuses'quality is best. Due to the small size eels are young, the length and size can't be listed on the market, so they should be continued to breeding and the meat quality shouldn't as a main evaluation. so, if feed 4.4% to 5.2% and 6.0% to 7.0% amount of the fish weight, two kinds of specificitions. When the feeding amount are 4.4% to 5.2% and 6.0% to 7.0% of the fish weight, two kinds of specificitions Monopterus albuses' digestive enzyme secretion is normal and has high activity, which can absorb the nutrition and offer the eels'growth effectively. When the feeding amount are 3.6%to 4.4% and 5.0% to 6.0% of the fish weight, the metabolic capability and nonspecific immune ability of two kinds of specificitions Monopterus albuses are stable and the blood biochemical indexes without significant fluctuations. Based on these experiments, the results show that the optimal feeding amount for two kinds of specificitions Monopterus albuses are 4.4% and 6.0%.
