Hybrid rice seed production mechanization is the inevitable trend of hybrid rice seed production. To explore influence of different seedling raising matrix and seedling tray on seedling quality of sterile line, selection of appropriate female parent in hybrid rice seed production machine transplanting seedlings matrix, to PTGMS line Y58S, Xiangling 628S as experimental materials,11 kinds of seedling matrix were used to compare the seedling quality in carpet-shaped blanket and bowl-shaped blanket, and the four seedling substrate blanket shaped seedling machine transplanting quality were compared. The main results were as follows:1.Through the comparison of different matrix on the overall quality of the carpet shaped seedling found, Xianghui matrix, Xianghui matrix with fine dry soil 1:1 mixed matrix and edible fungi residue matrix (vermiculite:grass carbon:edible fungus=1:1:2 mixed) in seedling clumps quality and seedling quality are significantly better than fine dry soil and mud matrix at seedling age period of 14 days, comprehensive quality is better than that of the other substrate. The intertwining force of seedling is moderate in Xianghui matrix with fine dry soil 1:1 mixed matrix and edible fungi residue matrix (vermiculite:grass carbon: edible fungus=1:1:2 mixed) and seedling quality performance better in edible fungi residue matrix (vermiculite:grass carbon:edible fungus=1:1:2 mixed). The seedling quality, seedling morphological index and seedling physiological index of edible fungi residue matrix (vermiculite:grass carbon:edible fungus=1:1:2) performance best, suitable for cultivating in blanket shaped seedling.2.Comprehensived the seedling quality, seedling morphological index and seedling physiological index of different matrix in bowl-shaped blanket seeding. Shape index, C/N ratio and root activity performance well in Xianghui matrix with fine dry soil 1:1 mixed matrix and edible fungi residue matrix (vermiculite:grass carbon:edible fungus=1:1:2 mixed), but the seedling height uniformity was poor in Xianghui matrix with fine dry soil 1:1 mixed matrix, seedling rate, seedling uniformity and seedling block intertwining force showed better in edible fungi residue matrix (vermiculite:grass carbon:edible fungus=1:1:2 mixed).3.Through group characteristics of transplanting leakage rate, evenness of seedling per hole in the blanket shaped seedling survey found, leakage rate of edible fungi residue matrix (vermiculite:grass carbon:edible fungus=1:1:2 mixed) is the lowest. From the point of view of the distribution of the number of seedlings per hole, the number of plants per hill 2-5 seedling points accounted for 69%,66.7% and 72.7% respectively in Xianghui matrix, Xianghui matrix with fine dry soil 1:1 mixed matrix and edible fungi residue matrix (vermiculite:grass carbon:edible fungus=1:1:2 mixed),5.6,3.3 and 9.3 percentage points higher than that of the control (mud).But the percentage of 7-8 seedling points is higer in Xianghui matrix.4.Through survey tillering dynamics of blanket shaped seedling after machine transplanting found,11 to 23 days after transplanting were the top tillering of Xiang Hui matrix, Xianghui matrix with fine dry soil 1:1 mixed matrix, edible fungi residue matrix (vermiculite:grass carbon:edible fungi=1:1:2 mixed) and mud,23 to 45 days entered into the slow growth or stable reduced period. The substractive speed of tillering of Xiang Hui matrix and edible fungi residue matrix (vermiculite:grass carbon:edible fungi=1:1:2 mixed) were relatively slow, and final seedling number (14)were the highest.
