For the past few years,our country has been implementing a serial of policies and regulations to Enforce pig standardization community construction,such as live pig out big county project,national standardization pig scale farming construction project,standardized farming community creating project.Rapid increasing amount of pig breeding and the complicated variable of epidemic situation led to growing pigs deaths,dead pigs carrying all sorts of bacteria,viruses,parasites and other pathogens and heavy metals,residual antibiotics,etc.So abandon dead pigs at will will be a great threat to the development of animal husbandry,human health and environment security.But due to the low level of economic development,legal consciousness,and dietary habit,pig farms paying less attention to the dead pig resin reduction,recycling,harmless treatment compared with other countriesThis study introduces the harm of dead pigs,foreign and Hong Kong and Taiwan AREA processing system and technology,present situation of Safety Disposal in breed tache in China:including laws and regulations about dead pigs disposal,the legal status,and relevant policies of the state,province,city and the Ministry,Four kinds of processing technology of the Agricultural Ministry document:incineration,the chemical method,the buried method and the fermentation process about processing technology and meaning,and finally this study take Changfeng County of Hefei City as an example,introduces the practice of Changfeng County,analyzes the problems about safety disposal of dead pigs,combined with Europe and the United States,Japaan,Hong Kong and other advanced province as well as Fujian,Zhejiang,Jiangsu by safety disposal technology and processing mode,the study draws out Realistic countermeasure of Changfeng County.Finally the study comes to the conclusion:the implementation of large-scale pig farm construction,standardized management,reduce pig mortality,strengthen joint law enforcement,the establishment of vertical official veterinary system,increase publicity,increase investment,strengthen legislation,promote pilot experience,a clear regulatory body responsibility and other aspects of the guarantee carry out the work of safety disposal of dead animals.
