In recent years,with the progress of science and technology,the strong support of national policy,more and more people pay attention to the problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".There appears a new look in countryside,a new growth to agriculture,a new atmosphere for farmers.For the rapid growth of agricultural economy,especially in the development of animal husbandry,pig growth in animal husbandry has become a new bright spot in agricultural development.Now Jinxian has become a big pig farming town of Jiangxi province,forming a large-scale farming area and creating a large number of individual professional farmers.However,a major problem has been placed in front of the professional farmers.While improving the pig quantities,the proportion of dead pigs are also increasing at the same time,so how we can handle the dead pigs and promote the healthy development of animal husbandry has been to be resolved.The paper focus on the study of the large,medium and small farms and individual farmers in Jinxian,analyzing and comparing with the treatment methods of the dead pigs.In 2013,6372 pigs were harmless treated,5789 were deep buried,283 were inedible randering or disposal,300 were for chemical treatment;in 2014,6570 pigs were harmless treated,6050 were deep buried,415 were inedible randering or disposal,105 were for chemical treatment;in 2015,4899 pigs were harmless treated,235 were deep buried,4423 were inedible randering or disposal,211 were for chemical treatment;then in 2016,6637 pigs were harmless treated,353 were deep buried,6072 were inedible randering or disposal,272 were for chemical treatment..According to the collected data,we made comprehensive scores on the four kinds of typical way by AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods.Finally the environmental harmless treatment got the highest scores of the comprehensive evaluation,which is widely recommended currently.In order to promote the environmentally friendly harmless treatment,this paper puts forward a series of safeguard measures,including capital investment,policy guidance,talent introduction,technological innovation etc.It is recommended that the government,financial institutions,farmers and consumers work together to make the disease-death pigs' treatment get maximum benefits in the economic,social and ecological benefits,and achieve win-win purpose.
