| With the development of our economy and the improvement of people’s living standard.More and more attention has been paid to the quality and health safety of peanut and its deep-processing products.In addition to improving the quality of peanut by rational management and improvement of agricultural production technology,the processing method of postpartum science has a great influence on the quality of peanut.Drying is one of the important links in the process of peanut’s machining,and it is a necessary means to prevent mildew and ensure the quality of peanut.And the reasonable drying technology has a great influence on the quality of peanut.Solar drying refers to the use of solar radiation energy and drying equipment for drying operation,the drying products with good quality,short cycle,high efficiency and so on.The use of solar energy for drying operations can effectively save energy and protect the environment.Solar drying on the development of rural economy,improve product quality,change the backward production and processing methods and will have a positive effect on the aspect,which farmer become rich.This paper through the research on the development and application of solar drying,analyzes the characteristics of solar drying,determine the content of the thesis,design the system of solar drying peanut,through the solar heat collector combined with the electric auxiliary heating mode,used for drying of peanuts.This paper introduces the whole design of the solar drying peanut system and the design of its components,the most important of which is the solar heat collection system and drying system.According to the selection of flat plate collector parameters and the physical model of heat collection performance simulation in TRNSYS,collector performance of flat plate solar collector is analyzed by this simulation,according to the design size of the drying chamber,the use of FLUENT simulation in air drying indoor distribution,increase the air uniform plate to improve drying indoor air flow uniformity.When the solar energy is insufficient,the system will use the electric heating drying,that’s why electric heating device is designed in this system,to achieve all-weather drying of peanuts,greatly improving the drying efficiency.Using solar drying device tests drying characteristics of peanut,analysis and comparison of different temperatures,drying characteristics under different wind speed of peanut.Provide a reference basis for the application of drying equipment and drying process.When using the solar drying device at Wind temperature 50 ℃ and Wind speed 0.5 m / s,the drying time of peanut is about 8 h,which is shorter than the time of natural drying. |
