It is known that grassland plays a very important role in social,economic,cultural and ecological protection aspects.However,with the increasing population and enhancement of human activities,there is an obvious degradation and desertification of grassland in our country.The biomass and biodiversity in grassland have decreased significantly,so that grassland resource presents a trend of the unsustainable use.The 2015 Central Document No.1 focuses on the different levels of grassland degradation,low grassland productivity and shortage of forage in livestock husbandry.Aiming at these problems,it proposes a new concept of grassland livestock husbandry.At the same time,it firstly articulates clearly to transform grassland livestock husbandry mode from extensive to ecological for an accelerated development.On the basis of the construction of ecological livestock husbandry grass test area in Hulunbuir,this thesis establishes a thematic database and develops a spatial information management system.In this way,it provides a technical support of the system platform.This thesis,taking Hulunbuir reclamation area as an example,applies C# based on ArcGIS Engine and DevExpress components under.Net Framework,and also designs and implements spatial management information system.The system mainly realizes the basic GIS operations,spatial data visualization,subject information management,and dynamic analysis of grass-livestock balance,etc.Furthermore,it designs the plan and layout according to the present situation.The main content of this thesis includes the following several aspects:1.Establishment of thematic database of grassland livestock husbandry in HulunbuirThrough the investigation and research in the study area,this thesis collects some basic geographic data,resource and environment data,and thematic data which are normalized by spatial data and attribute data.Meanwhile it connects attitude data with the corresponding spatial locations in order to organize data and create data service.2.Research on dynamic balancing algorithm between grassland and livestock in HulunbuirOn the basis of existing research,this thesis combines with the farm ranch grassland and livestock husbandry present status to design the formula which can calculate actual and proper carrying capacity and grassland grazing pressure.All these algorithmic model are intergrated into system management modules for updating the stocking condition in the farm and ranch.This can help to realize the rational planning and distribution of ecological environment in reclamation area.3.Design and Implementation of Grassland Livestock Husbandry Spatial Information Management SystemIn the process of system development,this thesis has a detailed analysis including necessity analysis,requirements analysis,feasibility analysis,and also a designation concerning system operation environment configuration,frame structure,function module,database service and detailed functions.At every stage,strictly control the quality of the project not only to ensure a stable cohesion of steps,but also to meet the needs of system development logic.In the light of this design idea and method,the program realizes system data management,grassland livestock husbandry information management,the livestock and forage balance management,and some other module functions.Development of spatial information management system realizes informatization and provides a platform security.The system development framework,with sustained and effective service,is flexible to update and upgrade.
