| Juema meat quality and taste is very well,whic is rich in nutrients,is the only contains carbon acid anhydride enzyme pigs,so getting the favour of consumers,but the growth speed of Juema pig is slow,lean,low production,and cost of rasing is high,the market is small,therefore,in order to further promote Juema pigs’ market,improve the efficiency of Juema pig production,choose excellent pig breeds to reform Juema pig economic traits,which is one of the important measures to solve the production difficulty.In this study,Juema pig as research object,the growth status,body size index and fattening performance of two kinds of hybrid pigs(Bajue pig and Taijue pig)were studied by using Taihu and Barker boar respectively.Carcass performance and meat quality were studied,in order to provide scientific basis for the improvement of hybridization of Juema pig,and to provide theoretical support for the innovation and utilization of Juema pig.through the study of the important economic traits of Taijue and Bajue pig,the results show that:1.comparison of the growth in lactation: the birth weight of Bajue pig was significantly higher than that of Taijue pig(P<0.05),the growth rate of Bajue pig was significantly higher than that of Taijue pig(P<0.05).2.comparison of the body size index: the body height and body length of Bajue Pig were significantly higher than that of Taijue pig(P<0.05).3.comparison of attening performance: the average daily gain of Bajue Pig was significantly higher than that of Taijue pig(P<0.05).the feed conversion rate of Taijue pig was significantly higher than that of Bajue Pig(P<0.05),so the fattening performance of Bajue Pig was better.4.Comparison of Carcass Performance: the ratio of lean meat and ham percengtage of Bajue Pig was significantly higher than that of Taijue pig(P<0.05).The loin area of Bajue Pig was extremely significantly higher than that of Taijue pig(P<0.01).5.Comparison of meat quality:(1)the fresh color of Taijue pig was significantly better than that of Bajue Pig(P<0.05),the shearing force of Bajue Pig was significantly lower than that of Taijue pig(P<0.05),so the Bajue Pig pork was more tender.(2)The content of methionine,histidine and essential amino acids of Bajue pig were significantly higher than that of Taijue pig(P<0.05).(3)The polyunsaturated fatty acids of Taijue pig was significantly lower than that of Bajue Pigs(P<0.05),The health value of Baijue pig was better.(4)The diameter of muscle fibers of Bajue Pig was significantly lower than that of Taijue pig(p<0.05).the meat tenderness of Bajue Pig was better.(5)Taijue Pig MyHCⅠgene mRNA expression quantity was significantly higher than that of Bajue pig(P<0.05),and Bajue pig MyHCⅡx amount of gene mRNA expression was significantly higher than that of Taijue Pig(P<0.05),and Bajue pig MyHCⅡb gene mRNA expression quantity was extremely significantly higher than that of Taijue Pig(P<0.01).In summary,the production performance of Bajue pig is better,the feed conversion rate is relatively lower,but the meat quality and health value is better,the food taste is better,the economic efficiency is high,so the effect of Juema pig is improved by the Barker boar. |
