Study on CDC16,EFNB2 gene polymorphisms, the genetic variations were detected in 765 pigs including 7 groups:Duroc, Yorkshire, Landrace, Ningxiang, Daweizi, Shaziling, Wuzhishan, screening CDC 16 genes, EFNB2 genes to two of the sites in enzyme cut SNPs, By PCR-RFLP method to analyze the genetic polymorphisms of the two genes and gene frequency and genotype frequency, Combining growth performance records and slaughter performance records, home for the first time CDC 16 and studied EFNB2 gene pig with different genotypes of growth characteristics, fleshy traits and carcass traits relevance. The main results of this study are as follows:1. The genetic polymorphism and effect of CDC16 gene.1.1 The distribution of AA type in dominant, in local varieties(Ningxiang, Daweizi, Shaziling, Wuzhishan), and in foreign pig species, AC type distribution for advantage. In foreign pig breeds, C genetic alleles, for advantage in local varieties, a gene for advantage allele. Besides Ningxiang pigs and Wuzhishan pig (completely homozygous) other than local varieties and alien species between 0.25 and 0.5 of PIC, value for moderate polymorphism.1.2 In Duroc pigs, CC genotype individual later than AA genotype individual 9.46 days for slaughter(P<0.05).1.3 In Yorkshire pigs, CC genotype individual later than AA genotype individual 13.15 days for slaughter(P<0.05). On storage loss traits, CC genotypes of individual higher than AA genotype about 0.51%(P<0.05). In incarnadine level and hind leg proportion of traits, AA genotype phenotype obviously higher than CC genotype individual(P<0.05).1.4 In Landrace pigs. CC genotypes of individual character in storage losses higher than AA genotype individual significantly(P<0.05). AA genotypes of individual character in cooked rate higher than AC genotypes about 3.64% individual(P<0.05).CC genotypes in marbling grading area traits and individual character hindlegs ratio below AA genotype individuals, significant difference(P<0.05).To sum up, CDC16 genetic alleles of A increases fast pigs to growth, part of meat-quality traits and carcass traits with positive effects.2. The genetic polymorphism and effects of EFNB2 gene2.1 In the study, in addition to seven varieties for the advantages of Yorkshire pigs GG genotype, six other varieties, GC type distribution are dominant. In local varieties, all is C gene for advantage allele. In foreign pigs species, Yorkshire and Landrace, for advantage in G genetic alleles, and in Duroc pigs C for advantage alleles genes. From polymorphism information content perspective, studies of alien species of local variety between 0.25 and 0.5 of PIC value for moderate polymorphism.2.2 In Duroc pigs, CC genotype individual backfat living on average lower than GG genotype individual about 1.28 mm(P<0.05). Correction in backfat of 100kg weight, GG genotypes were significantly higher than CC genotype individual individual(P<0.05).2.3 In Yorkshire pigs, CC genotype individual living average backfat lower than GG genotypes about 1.08 mm(P<0.05).CC genotypes of individual character and marbling grading Dali score significantly higher than GG character all of genotype individual(P<0.05).In water loss rate, CC genotypes were lower than GG genotype individual about 4.42%, significant difference(P<0.05), CC genotype individual lower than GC genotype about 4.23%(P<0.05).2.4 In Landrace pigs, GG genotype individual PH value of head lower than CC genotypes were individual about 0.57(P<0.05). In natural characters and cooked rate level, CC genotypes were significantly higher than GG genotype individual(P<0.05).CC genotype individual average backfat lower than GG genotypes were individual about 0.54, significant difference(P<0.05).In conclusion, EFNB2 genetic alleles of C can improve the pig part of lean meat and carcass with positive effects. The results of the studies indicate that CDC 16 gene is expected to be used as candidate genes or molecular markers, being growth speed, fleshy and hind leg proportion. EFNB2 gene is expected to be used as candidate genes or molecular markers, being growth, lean meat and flesh trait.
