In order to breed Excellent wheat varieties and provide reference for the promotion of new varieties,the yield comparison test were carried out with 115 wheat materials,the density sowing date test and the seed coating test were carried out with the Screened out lines,and the following results were obtained:1.Yield comparison test shows:Four excellent wheat lines,including 10(7)3-6-3?10(7)3-7-3?10(7)4-1-3 and 10(19)0-8-2,were selected among the 115 materials.The four lines are all the middle-gluten wheat lines,the yield of them increases by 10%than the control,who has comprehensive traits.The yield of 10(19)0-8-2 was the highest,reaching 9834.78 kg / hm2.The plant height was moderate,the lodging resistance was good,the number of grains per spike and the grain weight were higher,and the heading and flowering period were earlier.Integrated its performance,there is the potential for high yield and stable production.2.Density sowing test shows:(1)Wheat sowing date and density had significant effect on yield and its constituent factors.With the sowing period delayed,the production of Xiaoyan 22 and Xinong 836 continues to decrease,Ronghua 901 andRonghua 336 production continues to increase,the production of Ronghua 901 and Ronghua 336 can increase their production by increasing the density onthe treatment T1,while Xiaoyan 22 and Xinong 836 can increase the yield by increasing the density onthe treatment T3.(2)There was no significant effect on sowing date and seed density on 1000-wheat grain weight,except for the decrease of grain weight by the sowing date delayed.At low density,the four wheat lines could obtain higher spike rate.(3)The spike valuation,the grain valuation and the grain valuation of Xinong 836,Ronghua 901 and Xiaoyan 22 decreased with the delaying of the sowing date.(4)The 3-valuation for yield of each cultivarwas as follows: the spike valuation was the smallest and the grain valuation was the highest,and the yield of wheat may get increased by increasing the number of grains per spike.(5)Sowing date and density interaction has significant effect on Wheat quality.The protein content and gluten content of Ronghua 901 increased with delaying of sowing date,The protein content,gluten content,water absorption,starch content,sedimentation value and settling time of Xi Nong 836 were high quality at low density on October 16 and October 24.Ronghua 336 on October 24 seeding can get a higher quality performance.(6)In order to improve the yield and quality of wheat lines,according the need: Xiaoyan 22 was suitable for sowing on October 8th,the basic seedling was 17 million per mu.Xi Nong 836 was suitable for October 8th,the basic seedlings was15-23 million per mu;Ronghua 901 and Ronghua 336 are suitable for sowing on October 24 th,the basic seedlings were 16-23 million per mu and 16-27 million per mu,whichcan get higher yield and quality.3.Seed coating test showed:(1)Seed coat agent on wheat quality traits less affected,the use of seed coating treatment of wheat seeds will not change its quality.(2)Qidian seed coating agent will significantly reduce the germination potential of wheat and field emergence rate.(3)The treatment Daqi 5: 2: 1000 can effectively improve the yield,germination potential,field emergence rate,basic seedling,till tiller and 3-valuationof yield.According to need,the most suitable seed coating agent treatment for Xi Nong 836 is the Qidian 5: 2: 1000.
