There are two main types of orchard planting pattern in china,namely,arbor training close planting and short anvil close planting.Although short anvil close planting is the trend of orchard planting,arbor training orchard is a large planting area in china.The problems of arbor training orchard mainly display in the following respects: practitioners ageing,production capacity decline,backward production technology,low level of mechanization,the cost of production increase,low level of industrialization.However,in recent years,the retrofit of arbor training orchard provides mechanical conditions for arbor training orchard.The topic is to design a arbor training orchard work platform which can assist to complete pruning,flower and fruit thinning,bagging,picking and other assignments for requirements of arbor training orchard.In this paper,the main content includes:(1)According to the arbor training orchard requirements and existing conditions,through analyze and compare the morphological matrix,the whole machine and the population parameter of arbor training orchard operation platform are defined.The operation platform for battery power source and remote control,adopts hydraulic drive wheel walking device and set of cylinder type lift platform.The dimension of the whole machine is 1m high,1m wide and 2m long.The adjustable height of lifting platform is 0.5~1m.The walking device can achieve speed adjustment within the range of 0~15km.(2)Finished the design of the walking wheel device,including the overall structural design,walking device key parameters and the design of the drive system.Unlike in the past,the electric power steering system of this walking device adopts servo motor instead of the steering wheel,transferring the different turning torque of the servo motor to the sensor,and then controlling the steering wheel in different directions.The transmission system of the walking wheel device adopts hydraulic transmission mode and its key components were designed.(3)Completed sets of cylinder lifting platform design,including overall structure design,design of lifting mechanism,platform telescopic mechanism design,platform design,leveling mechanism design of slewing mechanism and the work table design.The elevation of platform is achieved by the top lift hydraulic cylinder,the scale achieved by a telescopic hydraulic cylinder,the turning achieved by the gear rack and the flattening achieved by a frog leg.The platform mainly completes the lifting,scaling and rotating of the working platform to meet the operation height and the scope of operation.(4)Using Pro/E software the parts model of operation platform is set up and assembled.The motion simulation analysis of the lift platform is done on the basis of interference inspection.The results show that the lift platform can accommodate the design requirements and complete platform lifting,scaling and rotating.(5)Using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench complete the analysis of the lift platform.Based on the analysis results,structure optimization scheme is proposed and validated.The results show that the weight of the lift platform is reduced,the material and cost are saved.
