In the production of seedlings,usually with some excellent traits of the rootstock through tissue culture,cutting pressure and other asexual reproduction of the way fast,high-volume reproduction,and ultimately breeding into high-quality rootstock seedlings.Cutting is a kind of breeding method of seedling,and it has the characteristics of simple propagation method,short breeding cycle,high reproductive coefficient and low production cost,and it is an effective way to rapid batch breeding of seedling compared with tissue culture and other breeding methods.The middle anvil is a rootstock located between the scion and the anvil,often used for double or multiple grafts.The results showed that the affinity of kiwifruit cuttings and scion was poor,which could directly affect the quality of root cuttings,thus affecting the application of cutting seedling breeding technology in production practice.The use of intermediate anvil technique to improve the affinity between cuttings and scion is an effective way to solve the high quality and mass production of rootstock seedlings.The experiment was conducted from February 2016 to June 2017 at the Experimental Site of Northwest China Agricultural and Forestry University of Meixian Kiwi.The experimental materials were selected as the branch material of the kiwi fruit plant in the county of Northwest Forestry and Forestry,and the southern part of the Qinling Mountains Collection of wild kiwi fruit,material varieties,including G anvil kiwi,M anvil kiwi,Chinese kiwi,delicious kiwi and so on.In this study,we studied the growth of grafted scion and the same scion on the basis of grafting and the same scion of seedling,and found the survival rate of the rootstock of" The results showed that under the same conditions,the resistance was better than that of the seedlings,and the resistance of the seedlings was better than that of the seedlings.The The purpose of this experiment is to find a suitable combination of head and ear,so that the cuttings of the cuttings and the anvil + cultivar scion can be applied to the production practice in a large scale,and the yield of the genetic traits is stable and the survival rate is high Neat uniform seedlings.This study draws the following conclusions:The results showed that the rootstock of the rootstock,which could be used as a rootstock,could be used as a rootstock for the rooting of the rootstock.The germination rate and survival rate of the kiwifruit were slightly higher than that of the Chinese kiwifruit,which solved the incompatibility between the root and the ear of the kiwi.The results showed that the growth consistency of the seedlings was better than that of the common seedlings.After the grafting survived,the growth of the plants was small,the growth status was the same,and the homogeneity of the seedlings was good.This is of great significance for the construction of kiwi fruit orchards.3.The experiment showed that the resistance of "Gulk + Anvil" was better than that of seedling in simulated environment,and it was especially obvious in the environment of barren and waterlogging.It also showed that " Anvil "seedlings in the soil barren areas and large areas of water strong adaptability.
