Mastitis is a common disease in cows. But also is one of the most serious diseases in the dairy industry.During the lactation period, cows are more affected by oxidative stress,it will increase the risk of mastitis, reduced productive performance in dairy cows, which caused large economic loss for the dairy industry. In this study 30 patients with mastitis were selected as experimental group and 15 healthy cows as control group.Through analysis the incidence of the mastitis and the epidemic situation of the major pathogens, the experimental tested mastitis cows the physiological indexes in blood and the activity of anti-oxidase in serum, analysis of the effect of mastitis on somatic cell and milk composition of milk. This article provides a reference for the diagnosis treatment and prevention of dairy cow mastitis. The test results are as follows:1.Detection of blood physical and chemical indexes of mastitis cowsCompared with those of health cows, the WBC in cows with mastitis had great significant difference(p<0.01);the Gran in cows with mastitis had significant difference(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of Lymph and Mon between the two group(p>0.05).The Gran%in cow with mastitis were significantly higher than healthy cows(p<0.05),while the Lymph%and Mon%had no significant difference(P>0.05).Compared with those of health cows, the contents of serum AST,GLU and CHOL in cows with mastitis had great significant difference(p<0.01),the contents of serum ALP and TBIL had significant difference(P<0.05).The contents of serum ALT,GGT,TG,DBIL,IDBIL,TP and GLU in the two groups were no significant difference(p>0.05).2.Detection of antioxidant enzyme activity in serum of mastitis dairy cowsCompared with those of health cows, lower anti-oxidant SOD,CAT and higher concentration of MDA were observed in dairy cow groups with mastitis(P<0.05).The activity of'GSH-Px in dairy cow groups with mastitis were significantly lower than in the health groups(p<0.01).3.Effect of mastitis on somatic cell count and milk composition in dairy cowsCompared with those of health cows, the SCC on milk with mastitis had great significant difference(p<0.01).Compared with those of health cows, the milk fat percentage and milk lactose percentage with mastitis had great significant difference(p<0.01),the milk protein percentage with mastitis had significant difference(p<0.05);while the non-fat soild percentage with mastitis had no significant difference(p>0.05).4.Isolation identification and drug sensitivity test of pathogenic bacteria caused by dairy cow mastitisThe main pathogens causing dairy mastitis in this trial were Streptococcus agalactiae and Staphylococcus aureus.Streptococcus agalactia accounted for 68.42%.Staphylococcus aureus accounted for 13.16%coagulase-negative staphylococci accounted for 10.53%.Drug sensitivity test results show that the main pathogens are sensitive to amoxicillin clavulanic acid cefazolin cephalexin cefoperazone and cefetaxur. The main pathogens are resistant to lincomycin in which Staphylococcus aureus and coagulase-negative staphylococci are resistant to penicillin and ampicillin and streptavidin-free and streptomycin are resistant to streptomycin and kanamycin Medicinal.Mastitis caused changes in the physical and chemical indicators of dairy cows and lead to abnormal glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism according to the above results. The body's rapid decline in antioxidant capacity when the mastitis occurs. The accumulation of free radicals increased the oxidative damage to dairy cows.Mastitis has a significant influence in milk SCC and milk composition. In this test the main pathogens of dairy cow mastitis were Staphylococcus aureus coagulase-negative staphylococci and Streptococcus.Drug sensitivity test results suggest that in the clinical use of drugs to be combined with different pathogens and drug sensitivity of the rational use of drugs the treatment will be better.
