Effects Of Different Oils On The Multiparous Sows’ Reproduction Performance,Milk Composition,and The Influence Of The Index Of Blood

The objective of the present study was to investigate the influence of different oils on productive performance, the composition of milk and the index of blood. Thirty Large White X Landrace sows,with similar health and binary, were allocated to five diets with 6 replicates of one sow in each group.Using single factor experiment design, They were fed 2% palm oil powder,soybean oil,palm oil,beef tallow or duck fat,from 80d of pregnancy to weaning. Limited feeding amount during pregnancy, free feed in 3 days later lactation.The results were as follows:(1) Reproductive performance:soybean oil, beef tallow, duck oil group set of litter number born alive than the palm oil powder group increased by 24.65%,24.65% and 24.65% respectively. Soybean oil group has the highest birth litter weight, than the palm oil powder group increased by 16.53%. palm oil powder group of lactation feed intake was significantly higher than the duck oil group (P< 0.01), and significantly higher than beef tallow group (P< 0.05). Duck oil back fat loss is significantly higher than other group (P< 0.05). Each group of live birth health rate, piglet birth weight, weaning estrus interval,PSY, there was no significant difference.(2) Colostrum composition:soybean oil group higher than palm oil, beef tallow, duck oil group by 39.3%,18.16%,40.65%, the palm oil powder group higher than palm oil, beef tallow, cream duck oil group by 26.87%,15.99%,27.57%, but the difference was not significant (P> 0.05). Each group of milk protein, lactose and non fat solids were no significant difference.(3) Blood physiological indexes:each group of white blood cell count, red blood cell count, hemoglobin, platelet counts were no significant differences.(4) Serum biochemical indexes:the palm oil powder and duck oil group of total protein was significantly higher than beef tallow group (P< 0.01), while the palm oil powder group is significantly higher than soybean oil group (P< 0.05). Duck oil content of albumin significantly higher than soybean oil group (P< 0.01) and significantly higher than beef tallow group (P< 0.05); Soybean oil group was significantly lower than palm oil powder group (P< 0.05). In globulin, beef tallow group is significantly higher than palm oil powder group (P< 0.05). palm oil powder group, soybean oil and duck oil group of asparagus amino transferase is significantly higher than beef tallow group (P< 0.05). Palm oil, duck oil group total cholesterol significantly higher than that of soybean oil group (P< 0.01). beef tallow of fasting glucose was significantly higher than the duck oil group (P< 0.05). Urea nitrogen, duck oil group was significantly higher than that of palm oil group (P< 0.01), significantly higher than beef tallow group (P< 0.05). In each group, the white ball rate, cereal third transaminase, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, triglycerides were no significant difference.(5) Serum immune indexes:duck oil group of C4 is significantly higher than soybean oil group (P< 0.01), significantly higher than beef tallow group (P< 0.05). Each group of immunoglobulin G, immunoglobulin M, immunoglobulin A and C3 were showed no significant difference.(6) Serum antioxidant indexes:each group of glutathione peroxidase, malondialdehyde, total antioxidant capacity, superoxide dismutase (sod) were showed no significant difference. Among them,in the total antioxidant capacity, beef tallow group performance best.(7) Serum hormone indexes:duck oil group of progesterone is significantly higher than the palm oil powder group, soybean oil and palm oil group (P< 0.05). Each group of estradiol and prolactin, leptin, adiponectin, no significant difference.(8) Growth performance of lactation piglet:in the number of weaned piglets,duck oil group is significantly higher than beef tallow group (P< 0.05). The breeding rate of soybean oil and duck oil group are significantly higher than beef tallow group (P< 0.05). In weaning weight and litter weight gain, best in palm oil powder group, but there were no significant difference with other groups (P> 0.05). In weaning weight, the beef tallow group is the biggest,and higher than the palm oil powder group,soybean oil, palm oil, duck group by 6.03%,15.47%,8.20%,15.47%, but no significant difference (P> 0.05). In daily gain and diarrhea rate,beef tallow group is the best.(9) Serum immune indexes of lactation piglets:in immunoglobulin G,the palm oil powder group significantly higher than of beef tallow group (P< 0.01) and significantly higher than that of soybean oil group (P< 0.05); Palm oil was also significantly higher than beef tallow group (P< 0.05). Duck oil group of immunoglobulin M was significantly higher than the palm oil powder group, soybean oil, palm oil group (P< 0.01), and significantly higher than beef tallow group (P< 0.05). In complement C4, duck oil group was significantly higher than that of beef tallow group (P< 0.01), significantly higher than palm oil powder group soybean oil, palm oil group at the same time(P< 0.05). Each group of immunoglobulin A and C3, there was no significant difference.(10) Serum biochemical indexes of lactation piglets:the palm oil powder group of globulin is significantly higher than beef tallow group (P< 0.05). In white ball, beef tallow group significantly higher than palm oil powder and palm oil group (P< 0.01), and significantly higher than soybean oil group (P< 0.05). In urea nitrogen, duck oil group was significantly lower than palm oil powder group (P< 0.05). Each group of total protein, albumin, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate transaminase, total cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, triglycerides, and glucose were no significant difference.(11) Aspects of economic benefit:the palm oil powder group is the top producers. But compare to the palm oil powder group, soybean oil, palm oil, beef tallow group, duck oil group is more fodder to reduce costs, increase economic efficiency.To sum up, adding 2% palm oil powder is suitable the sow product. If we can take some measures to improve the duck oil group of feed intake, we can also use duck fat substitute palm oil powder.
