Paulownia one of the important local mimosa tree species in China,the commercial cultivation in warm temperate regions,such as plain,however,paulownia in subtropical region was only sides greening tree species,not form scale cultivation;In recent years,in HuNan province and other subtropical areas for commercial cultivation of paulownia demand,however,how to evaluate the subtropical area paulownia artificial forest land soil nutrient,soil microbia the enrichment and the paucity,is currently the paulownia wood nutrient management in the key technical problems to be solved.To investigate paulownia organic fertilizer,compound fertilizer and fertilizer on paulownia plantation soil nutrient,and the impact of microbial functional diversity,this article selects the XiangYin county of HuNan province of paulownia artificial woodland and ChaLing demonstration plantation as the research object,the determination of the paulownia growth under different fertilizer treatments,soil nutrient characteristics and its dynamic change,and used the BIOLOG-ECO microbial ecological plate method to determine the microbial functional diversity index,through correlation analysis,principal component analysis(PCA),and methods of soil quality evaluation index method,discussed under different fertilization measures of paulownia plantation soil microbial functional characteristics and soil fertility quality,fitting for paulownia subtropical area provides the theory basis for plantation cultivation and fertilization,The specific conclusions are as follows:(1)In paulownia DBH growth,applying fertilizer was significantly higher than that of organic fertilizer,compound fertilizer and control treatments.The no fertilizer paulownia annual is 0.67 cm,diameter at breast height growth under the organic manure treatment was 0.68 cm,slightly better than organic fertilizer is 0.71 cm,mixed fertilizer applying fertilizer of paulownia growth is 1.01 cm.Instructions fertilizer to promote the growth of paulownia the desired effect.(2)Research on soil microbial functional diversity,according to the results of carbon source utilization:Specific Fertilizer>Compound Fertilizer>Organic Fertilizer>No Fertilizer.Among them:applying fertilizer of soil nutrition structure optimal demand for microorganisms,mainly displays in the carboxylic acid(23.1%increase)and sugar carbohydrates(10.9%),fertilizer also significantly promoted carbohydrate(10.7%),carboxylic acid(7.7%);Organic fertilizer has promoting effect to the sugar,amine,but inhibit the conversion of amino acids;Microbial available polymers,phenolic acids has nothing to do with fertilizer,the fertilizer significantly inhibit the synthesis of phenolic acids.(3)The paulownia characteristics on the dynamic change of soil nutrients and nutrient absorption,soil total nitrogen content is the highest in the summer,content is 1.67 g/kg,the highest nitrogen in leaf samples for spring,content is 38.27 g/kg;Content of available p in soil with the seasons change gradually decreased,while the leaf phosphorus content in the sample is stable,but with the soil total phosphorus,effective phosphorus content was significantly positive correlation(p<0.05);Soil available potassium content of volatile seasonally,leaf sample in potassium dropped significantly in the autumn.The soil total potassium and available potassium no correlation(p<0.05),while soil total phosphorus and available phosphorus were significantly(p<0.05).(4)Under three kinds of fertilization of paulownia plantation soil clay content is significantly higher than control treatment,compared with control treatment,three kinds of fertilization under gravel content were decreased by 3%?3%,clay content increased by about 7%,including that of applying fertilizer to improve the most significant of 7.8%,Instructions fertilizing soil structure was optimized.(5)The microbial functional diversity has significant effect on the growth of paulownia,used the ecological function of microbial diversity index(H = 4.25)is significantly higher than no fertilizer(H = 3.85),which the chlorophyll of plant samples and diversity index was significantly correlated(a= 0.801),and evenness index reached significant level(a= 0.511).At the same time,the function of microbial diversity index is also associated with kiri growth is significant(a= 0.5).So,fertilization improved the living conditions of the microbial community,optimize the structure of the soil nutrient in general,the soil nutrients absorption,promoted the paulownia accelerated the growth of kiri.(6)Paulownia plantation soil under different fertilization,plant,microbial diversity and paulownia growing comprehensive analysis,it is concluded that paulownia plantation soil fertility evaluation:specific fertilizer processing is significantly higher than the other three groups,single organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer can improve the content of soil of individual index briefly,but relatively comprehensive fertility without fertilization sample was not significantly improved,organic fertilizer processing under the integrated fertility index fell.Which impact factor distribution from big to small,soil total phosphorus,available phosphorus,organic matter,available potassium and effective Zinc,Manganese;pH,effective Magnesium,Calcium,clay content,microbial diversity index,total potassium,cation exchange capacity,etc.So,for the greatest influence of paulownia plantation or phosphorus in the soil,we can make consider when fertilizer.
