Compared with the rapid development of foreign laparoscopy in our country,laparoscopy is weak and backward.Our country is in the middle of twentieth Century from abroad to introduce laparoscopic technology.Currently,laparoscopy has not yet been applied to companion animals in clinical trials.But with the rapid development of laparoscopic techniques,domestic medical minimally invasive surgery become more and more popular,with the improvement of material life,people do not only pay attention to their own health,but also pay more attention to the quality of health side companion animal,for pet health requirements are increasingly high,many owners offered laparoscopic operation for pet demands.So the laparoscopic technique companion animal came into being,although the domestic technology is still in research stage,but the clinical application of laparoscopy in companion animal development continues to be to promote the development of laparoscopic technique,has clinical utility is imperative.The purpose of this experiment is a three supine operation and innovation of the dogs were laparoscopic splenectomy,were compared with the traditional domestic four canine laparoscopic splenectomy on the right side of the hole position,through the monitoring of the indicators to assess the advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of operations,for canine laparoscopic splenectomy operation in veterinary clinical surgery the choice to provide a scientific basis and theoretical methods,and provide scientific basis for popularization and application in clinical and veterinary surgery for canine three supine laparoscopic splenectomy.Two dogs bit operation three supine of laparoscopic splenectomy and four dogs on the right side of the hole position of canine laparoscopic splenectomy,intraoperative monitoring of heart rate(HR),oxygen(SpO2H),blood pressure(SBP,DBP),respiratory rate(RR),end tidal carbon dioxide partial pressure(PetcO2),and record the operation in time;immediately before surgery and immediate postoperative blood gas monitoring value of pH and PaCO2;after operation of Oh,12h,24h,2D,3D,5D,ALT,Lym detection of WBC;ALP,Cre,BUN;CRP.Finally,the data were analyzed by integrating the data of each group,and the two kinds of surgical procedures were evaluated by the change of each index.This experiment from the indicators above during and after the operation can be obtained in the supine position,three operation has little effect on the respiratory system,abdominal incision is small,large space,short operation time,and on the right side of each physiological index after operation and four hole position is so visible in small dogs with laparoscopic spleen selection operation in this experiment improved three supine position is better than the traditional four hole right lateral position.
