Indica and japonica rice are two subspecies of Asian cultivars.The heterosis of indica and japonica crosses is higher than that of hybrid indica rice and hybrid japonica rice.Indica-japonica subspecies heterosis can increase rice yield.However,the indica rice floret time was 1 to 3 hours earlier than japonica rice.In this study,we investigated the effects of exogenous hormones on the regulation of rice flowering,and provided scientific basis for solving the difficulties of blooming time unoverlapping in indica-japonica hybrid rice seed productionThe effect of the epi-BR on the flowering time of the rice:one day after the treatment,the concentration treatment had the effect of promotingflowering begin time(FBT)and vigorous flowering time(VFT),and had a delay effect onvigorous flowering to flowering end(VET)and time form flower begin to end(BET).For the indica rice,the medium concentration treatment was the best for the flower-saving effect.For the japonica rice,the high concentration treatment had the best effect on the flower.At 6:00am on the day of spraying on indica rice,promote the best effect;17:00pm spraying the day before the beginning of the japonica rice,promote the best results.The second day after treatment,only the high concentration of rice on the beginning of the flower,the flowering and the end of time to promote the effect.Only 17:00pm the day before spraying to promote the best effect on rice.On the third day after treatment,the effect of the three treatments was not significant for most varieties.The effect of spraying epi-BR on the first day after treatment was 25 minutes on FBT?VFT and EFT,and the concentration of the indica rice was medium concentration>high concentration>low concentration.The initial time is high concentration>medium concentration>low concentration.After treatment the next day,only high concentrations of rice can be treated early for about 10 minutes.On the third day after treatment,the effect of the three treatments on the flowering time of rice did not reach the significant level.The spraying of 0.1 mg·L-1epi-BR at 6:00am on the day was the best for the flowering time of indica rice.The spraying of 1mg·L-1 epi-BR at daytime 17:00pm was the best for japonica rice.Indica rice is more sensitive to epi-BR than japonica rice,The effect of SA on the flower quality of rice:the first day after treatment,only the high concentration of rice on the FBT?VFT and FET to promote the effect of other concentrations of treatment on the flower did not reach significant levels.On the second day after treatment and on the third day after treatment,only some of the varieties of flowers responded to the concentration treatment.Different spraying time treatment only for a small number of varieties to spend time to promote the effect.On the first day after treatment,the effect of high concentration on the flowering of rice was 5-10 min.The effect of high concentration on the promotion of indica rice was more obvious than that of rice.For indica rice,the promotion of the flower combination is the day 6:00 when spraying 50 mg·L-1.For japonica rice,the best combination to promote the beginning of the flower is the day when spraying 50 mg·L-1 SA;to promote the best combination of flowers before the day before 17:00 spraying 50 mg·L-1 SA.
