The phenomenon of dried branches of walnut trees has seriously affected the rapid development of walnut industry in Xinjiang,affected the improvement of yield and the normal growth and development of the trees.n this experiment,the experimental branches of the upper,middle and lower layers of walnut tree in Awati,Kuche and Wushi,walnut orchard wen 185 and new 2 were investigated.The cultivation pattern and planting density of walnut orchard in different regions were investigated by field investigation,All levels of the canopy relative light intensity and the level of the branches of the pumping rate,the maturity of different levels of the branches,the difference of soil minerals in different walnut orchard,different gradient temperature change results of physiological and biochemical indexes of different branches,Comparative analysis of the results of walnut branch temperature 185 and xin xin 2 tree crown branch dried out the reasons for the future walnut production,walnut tree branch of the results of the safe winter and raise the yield to provide a theoretical basis.The main results are as follows:(1)The content of available K in soil of walnut orchard in Wushi was higher than that in walnut orchard of Awati and Kuche,and the difference was significant,The contents of available K in soil of walnut orchard in Wushi,Awati and Kuche were 207.17mg/kg,167.18,mg/kg and 66.89 mg/kg,respectively;The results showed that the dry shoot rate of tree crown was 28.22% at crown wen 185,and that of Awati xin 2 was 31.59%;Wushi walnut garden wen 185 crown,results branch dry rate was 21.22%,xin xin 2 tree crown results branch dry rate was 25.77%;Kuche walnut garden wen 185 crown,results branch dry rate was 32.63%,xin xin 2 tree crown results branch dry rate was 39.11%.the lowest rate of dry branch of crown was Wushi walnut garden,and the highest rate of crown shoot was walnut garden in Kuche.(2)the relative light intensity at different levels of the crown of different walnut orchards is different,and the results of different branches of crown are different.The relative light intensity of canopy is higher than that of canopy.The relative light intensities of the upper,middle and lower layers of crown wen 185 were 66.59%,25.25% and 7.32%,respectively.The shoot drying rates of the upper,middle and lower shoots were 17.96%,28.46% and 38.24% respectively in the crown,middle and lower layers of Awati;The relative light intensity of canopy,middle and lower layers of Wushi walnut garden was 85.53%,63.59% and 28.81%,respectively.The shoot drying rate of the upper,middle and lower shoots was 12.98%,22%,28.66% respectively;The relative light intensities of the top,middle and lower canopy of xin 2 Peach Garden Awati are 56.14%,20.83% and 5.57%,respectively.The shoot drying rates of the upper,middle and lower canopy are 22.3%,32.63% and 40.58% respectively;The relative light intensities of the upper,middle and lower layers of xin 2 in Wushi walnut orchard were 72.10%,40.48% and 25.34%,respectively.The shoot drying rates of the upper,middle and lower shoots were 18.56%,25.91% and 32.83% respectively.(3)There were also differences in the moisture content of the branches at different levels of crown among different walnut orchards.The moisture content of the upper,middle and upper layers of crown wen 185 in Taoyuan,Awati,was 48.11%,50.50% and 51.70% respectively,The moisture content of the branches in the crown,middle and layer of wen 185 in Wushi walnut orchard was 22.85%,24.57% and 27.28%,respectively,,The moisture content of the branches in the crown,middle and layer of wen 185 in Kuche walnut orchard was 49.79%,52.51% and 54.15%,respectively,;The moisture content of the branches in the crown,middle and layer of the xin 2 in Awati new peach garden was 49.93%,51.66% and 52.44% respectively,The moisture content of the branches on the top,middle and layer of xin 2 in Wushi walnut garden was 36.22%,39.84% and 47.27% respectively,The moisture content of the branches on the top,middle and layer of xin 2 in Kuche walnut garden was 52.29%,53.76% and 54.61%,respectively.The higher the moisture content of the fruiting branches,the weaker the cold resistance and the higher the rate of drying.(4)There were differences among the branches of walnut orchard at different levels.The results showed that the percentage of xylem in the branches of walnut orchard in Kuche was the same as that in Awati and Wushi walnut orchards;The results showed that the pith width of the branches of walnut orchard in Wushi was at different levels,and the tree crown of Awati and Kuche walnut orchards were different.The results showed that the pith width of the branches was small;the results showed that the greater the percentage of xylem branches in walnut fruits,the lower the dry ratio of the branches.(5)Different under low temperature stress,with the decrease of temperature,the soluble sugar content in shoots increased,the content of soluble sugar accumulation in Wushi branch of walnut orchard canopy level of results,an Awati,Kuche walnut tree branches the level of results;The contents of soluble protein and proline in the fruiting branches of walnut orchard all increased at first and then decreased;The SOD activities of the branches in different walnut crown were different,and the SOD activity of the shoot SOD was higher than that of the middle and lower branches;The SOD activity of the branches at all levels of crown of walnut orchard in Wushi was higher than that of walnut canopy in Awati and Kuche.The results showed that SOD activity was weak;During the low temperature stress,the starch content in the branches of walnut orchard at all levels showed a "low high low high" trend.
