| Yannong 19 and Shannong 22 wheat as test materials,studied the nitrogen and sulfur fertilizers on grain starch synthesis related to enzyme activity and starch particle size distribution affect the formation,yield and quality of wheat.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The application of nitrogen and sulfur could increase the grain yield of wheat,and the effect of N2 treatment on grain yield was higher than that of low nitrogen treatment.High sulfur treatment is not conducive to the continued improvement of production.The effect of nitrogen and sulfur on the number of panicles per unit area was significant.2.At Yannong 19 N1 level,the potential value of 1000 grain weight was increased with the increase of sulfur level which was beneficial to prolong the duration of grain filling,increase the average grain filling rate,and improve the grain filling characteristics.In this study,the effects of grain filling rate and grain filling rate on grain filling rate were significant.3.Yannong 19 peak viscosity N1 levels with increase increased sulfur content,low viscosity and final viscosity are the same with increase increased sulfur content,the significant difference between the sulfur treatment.Shannon 22 peak viscosity N1 levels with the decreasing sulfur first,after the trough viscosity and final viscosity N1 levels with higher sulfur content gradually reduce.Yannong 19 under the N1 level with the increase of amount of sulfur collapse value and respond to gradually rise,disintegrating values the significant difference between the sulfur nitrogen treatment,respond to the increase of amount of sulfur under N2 level value increased and are processed under N1,N2 level of disintegrating values with higher to lower sulfur content increased.Shannon 22 in the level of the N1,disintegrating values rise after lower first,significant difference between the sulfur treatment.4.Reasonable sulfur nitrogen with can improve the grain protein content and sedimentation value and wet gluten content.Two varieties of N2 level flour yield decline.Reasonable sulfur nitrogen with can improve the forming time and stable time,high sulfur.5.Nitrogen and Sulfur Applications with under the condition of the starch granule size distribution was two-peak curve,the peak of 5.878 to 6.454 μm and 21.7 to 23.82μM.Sulfur nitrogen with starch granule surface area distribution under the condition of the basic three peak curve,the first peak between 0.999 to 1.322 μm,the second peak value between 3.687 to 4.444 μm,the third peak between 19.76 to 21.7 μm.Sulfur nitrogen with starch grains under the condition of the distribution of the number is single peak curve,the peak value is between 0.52 to 0.571 μm.This study thinks that sulfur content increased under low nitrogen level,is conducive to the increase of starch granule size,surface area,number,under normal levels of nitrogen,sulfur is advantageous to the small starch grains increased,but high sulphur integrated treatment effect reduced.6.The reasonable allocation of nitrogen and sulfur applications could improve the antioxidant capacity of flag leaf after anthesis,delaying leaf senescence,the duration of grain filling growth after flowering.The activity of S6 was the best for the treatment of several anti aging enzymes.7.The increase of the amount of sulfur could increase the activity of starch branching enzyme,promote the synthesis and accumulation of starch.It was suggested that the increase of the amount of sulfur could decrease the activity of adenosine two glucose phosphorylase(AGPase).It is suggested that adenosine two glucose phosphorylase is not a key enzyme in the synthesis of starch. |
