This experiment is a large scale field experiment, located at Hailin farm,Heilongjiang province, there is 5 treatments in this experiment,is M1,total organic fertilizer,M2,20% organic fertilizer,M3,30% organic fertilizer,M4,total inorganic fertilizer,CK,no fertilizer, searching the effects of organic-inorganic fertilizer on soil microorganism, biomass C N,soil enzymes,M2,nutrients,p H,and yield, get the effect of organic-inorganic fertilizer on crop yield and soil improvement. Here are the results:(1)In the whole growth period of Maize, the number of soil bacteria increased first and then decreased, reached the maximum in tasseling stage.2014,M2>M3>M4>M1>CK,there was5% level of significant difference level between M2,M3,M4 and M1?CK,2015,M3>M2>M1>M4>CK,there was 5% level of significant difference level between M3,M2,M4 and M1,CK;The quantity of soil actinomycetes increased first and then decreased, reached the maximum in tasseling stage,2014 and 2015 is the same,M1>M2>M3>M4>CK,there was 5% level of significant difference level between the treatments. The number of M1,M2,M3,M4 soil fungi increased first and then decreased, reached the maximum in tasseling stage.M1>M4>M3>M2>CK,there was 5% level of significant difference level between M1 and the other treatments,2014 and 2015 is the same trend. There was a significant correlation between the number of soil bacteria and the yield of maize.(2)In the whole growth period of Maize,The content of soil microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen were higher than that of single fertilization, and all of them increased and then decreased, reached the maximum in tasseling stage.2014 and 2015 is the same trend. In the tasseling,M2>M3>M1>M4>CK,there was 5% level of significant difference level between the treatments. The trend of soil microbial biomass nitrogen is M2>M3>M4>M1>CK,there was 5% level of significant difference level between the treatments. There was a significant correlation between soil microbial biomass carbon and maize yield at jointing stage and mature stage, there was a significant correlation between soil microbial biomass nitrogen and maize yield.(3)In the whole growth period of Maize,The application of urease and invertase activity in soil was higher than that of single fertilization and no fertilization. It was first increased and then decreased, reached the maximum in tasseling stage.2014 and 2015 is the same trend. In the jointing stage and tasseling stage, the soil urease activity is M2>M3>M1>M4>CK,there was 5% level of significant difference level between M2?M3 and the other treatments, soil invertase activity is M2>M4>M3>M1>CK,there was 5% level of significant difference level between M2?M4 and the other treatments. The activity of urease and invertase in soil was significantly correlated withthe yield of Maize.(4)In the whole growth period of Maize, soil alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen content of M1?M2?M3?CK increased first and then decreased,2014 and 2015 is the same trend. In tasseling stage is M3>M2>M4>M1>CK,there was no significant difference level between the treatments.soil available phosphorus content of M1,M2,M3 and CK increased first and then decreased,in tasseling stage is M3> M2> M4> M1> CK,there was 5% level of significant difference level between M2 and the other treatments, there was no significant difference in the content of available potassium in soil; The content of total nitrogen in soil was higher than that in mature stage, there was no significant difference in soil total P content among treatments; The pH value of soil was smaller in all treatments.(5)The yield of Maize is M2>M3>M1>M4>CK,the largest yield increase is M2,there was 5% level of significant difference level between M2,M3 and the other treatments.
