| The effects of application of Biological-organic-inorganic complex fertilizer(BOIF) on yield, quality and nutrient absorption and accumulation were studied by the way of field experiment; By the way of combination of field and pot experiments, the effects of BOIF on soil nutrients, soil microorganism and soil enzyme activity were investigated in this paper. The main results were as follows:1. The application of Biological-organic-inorganic complex fertilizer (BOIF) significantly increases the yield of vegetable crops, compared to an equal amount of inorganic compound fertilizer (ICF) treatment. The yield of Chinese cabbage was increased15.38%, of cabbage was increased10.40%, of pepper was increased4.45%, and of eggplant was increased38.38%.2. The application of BOIF significantly improves the quality of vegetable crops, compared to an equal amount of ICF treatment. The Chinese cabbage of vitamin C(Vic) content was increased4.21%, of soluble sugar content was increased3.19%, of nitrate content was decreased28.17%; the cabbage of Vic content was increased5.95%, of soluble sugar content was increased5.41%, of nitrate content was decreased16.78%; the pepper of Vic content was increased1.61%, of soluble sugar content was increased3.86%, of nitrate content was decreased11.71%; the eggplant of Vic content was increased13.11%, of soluble sugar content was increased4.71%, of nitrate content was decreased10.06%.3. The application of BOIF significantly promote the nutrient absorption and accumulation of vegetable crops, and increase the utilization rate of nutrient compared to an equal amount of ICF treatment. The Chinese cabbage total absorption of N, P, K was increased11.79%,8.69,8.32%respectively, the utilization rate of NPK was increased24.44%; the cabbage total absorption of N, P, and K was increased11.76%,15.02%,5.50%respectively, the utilization rate of NPK was increased24.48%.4. The application of BOIF significantly increase the activities of soil microorganism and soil enzyme compared to an equal amount of ICF treatment. In the field experiment, after planting Chinese cabbage, the population of bacteria, fungi, actinomycetes increased by42.35%,32.49%,54.78%respectively, the total population of the three sorts of microorganisms increased by41.62%; after planting cabbage, the population of bacteria, fungi, actinomycetes increased by54.78%, 35.57%,31.11%respectively, the total population of the three sorts of microorganisms increased by53.22%; and the activities of urease, phosphatase and invertase in the soil also was increased obviously. In the soil simulation test, the population of soil bacteria, fungi, actinomycetes increased by19.52%,36.59%,12.31%respectively, the total population of the three sorts of microorganisms increased by15.83%; the activities of urease, phosphatase and invertase in the soil increased by16.04%,15.25%and7.26%respectively.5. The application of BOIF significantly improve the activities of soil nutrient and increase the content of soil nutrient compared to an equal amount of ICF treatment. In the field experiment, after planting Chinese cabbage, the content of soil alkali-hydro nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium and organic matter by2.47%,31.89%,11.15%and7.28%respectively, after planting cabbage, the content of soil alkali-hydro nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium and organic matter by7.88%,34.06%,20.09%and8.33%respectively; after planting pepper, the content of soil alkali-hydro nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium and organic matter by5.92%,9.13%,1.53%and4.48%respectively, after planting eggplant, the content of soil alkali-hydro nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium and organic matter by2.15%,8.52%,12.05%and13.78%respectively. In the soil simulation test, the content of soil alkali-hydro nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium and organic matter increased by8.81%,4.91%,26.16%and3.19%respectively.In summary, the application of BOIF increase the population of soil microorganisms, and improve the activities of soil microorganisms and soil enzyme, and increase soil nutrient availability, and promote nutrient uptake and accumulation of crops, and increase the utilization rate of nutrient, it is a good fertilizer for increase the crops yield, quality, efficiency, so it will be applied widely in vegetable crops. |
