Straw rapid amination technology is the use of high-pressure ammonia rapid treatment of straw a new type of straw treatment,studies have shown that the traditional roughing of feed during the process of reducing the sugar and ammonia in the feed to produce harmful substances(4-methylimidazole).Based on the different pressure fast ammoniated straw in vitro rumen fermentation and 4-methylimidazole were studied,and further on the different pressure of ammoniated straw on the fattening lamb production performance,physiological and biochemical indexes.A group(untreated straw)was used as the control group,group B(0.15 MPa),group C(0.2MPa)and group D(0.25 MPa)as the experimental group.The results are as follows:1 Effect of different pressures on Rumen Fermentation of ammoniated straw in vitro Time and group interaction P <0.01,time and pressure have a very significant interaction effect.Rumen in vitro fermentation before the gas production,D group was significantly higher than A,B,C three groups(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the three groups(P>0.05).After 24 h of fermentation,B,C and D were significantly higher than those in group A(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between group B and group C and group D(P>0.05);The gas production of group D was significantly higher than that of C(P<0.05).The pH of group D was significantly higher than that of group A(P <0.05).There was no significant difference between group B and group C(P>0.05);B,C,D three groups of rumen fermentation in vitro rumen ammonia nitrogen content was significantly higher than that in group A(P<0.05),B,C,D between the three groups was not significant(P>0.05);Total volatile fatty acids,B group was significantly higher than the A group(P<0.05),C,D two groups were not significantly different from the A group(P>0.05),B,C,D between the three groups was not significantly different(P>0.05);Total volatile fatty acids,B group was significantly higher than the A group(P<0.05),C,D two groups were not significantly different from the A group(P>0.05),B,C,D between the three groups was not significantly different(P>0.05);Acetic acid / propionic acid,B,C and D three groups were significantly lower than A group(P<0.05),B,C,D between the three groups was not significant(P>0.05);Acetic acid accounted for the proportion of total volatile fatty acids,the same B,C,D three group was significantly lower than the A group(P<0.05),B,C,D between the three groups was not significant(P>0.05);Propionic acid accounted for the proportion of total volatile fatty acids,B,C,D three groups were significantly higher than those in group A(P<0.05),B,C,D,the difference between the three groups was not significant(P>0.05);There was no significant difference between the four groups of A,B,C and D in the proportion of total volatile fatty acids(P>0.05).Above all,the fast ammoniated straw had significant effects on nutrient degradability in the rumen fermentation,rumen fermentation,0.25 MPa pressure 0.20 MPa fermentation degree is the highest,the lowest level,but the effect of nutrient degradation rate is not affected by the pressure.2 Determination of 4-methyl imidazole in ammoniated straw with different pressuresThe contents of 4-methylimidazole in group B,C and D were significantly higher than those in group A(P<0.05).The contents of 4-methylimidazole in the four groups were 356.59 mg/kg,306.89 mg/kg,269.39 mg/kg and 108.64 mg/kg respectively.The content of 4-methylimidazole in corn stalks was significantly increased under different conditions of rapid amination(pressures of 0.15 MPa,0.2 MPa,0.25 MPa,respectively).At present,there was no relevant feed standard in the dietary content,National standard UB8817-2001(caramel in the 4-methyl imidazole content <0.02%)point of view,4-methyl imidazole in the diet content is not exceeded.3 Effects of different pressure ammoniated straw on performance and physiological and biochemical indexes of fattening lambsAll the lambs to the end of the test,good health did not appear irritability,roar,foaming and a series of neurological symptoms,nor twitching or clonic.There was no significant difference in the daily gain between the control group and the ammonia-straw treated with different pressure as lambs for 90 days(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in average daily feed intake between the four groups(P>0.05).The average daily feed intake of Lamb was significantly higher in group D than that in group A,B and C(P<0.05).The interaction between ammonia treatment and time was not significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the four groups(P>0.05).The interaction between time and group was not significant(P>0.05)in the examination of the main effect of T3,T4 and TSH in lamb serum.T3 level before the three time points difference was not significant(P>0.05),The difference between the third and third sampling levels was not significant(P>0.05),The level of T3 in the first sampling point was significantly lower than that in group C(P<0.05);T4 and TSH levels were consistent with T3.In summary,there are no problems with the increase of feed intake,anemia and thyroid abnormalities in the different pressure ammonia stalks containing 4-methylimidazole during the feeding process.
