We through field experiments for many years,breeding for local planting production,medicine,food and ornamental oil and high yield and quality of fruit of safflower new line BH-1,provides a good basis for the varieties of safflower production industry in Henan province.This paper mainly studies the N,NP,NK,NPK,compound fertilizer and the control of six different fertilizer score of different batches of double factor randomized block fertilization experiment on fruit safflower strain BH-1 biological characteristics,flower yield,Hua Zhong flavonoids and polysaccharides content,seed yield,seed flavonoids and polysaccharides content and the effect of row spacing is 15cm×30cm,15cm×35cm,15cm×40cm,15cm×45cm,15cm×50cm,under six different density experiment on fruit safflower strain BH-1 biological characteristics,flower yield,Hua Zhong flavonoids and polysaccharides content,seed yield,seed flavonoids and polysaccharides content influence.Selection of the optimal cultivation measures of BH-1 fertilization and fruit density of safflower new lines,save resources and labor,reduce nutrient with soil erosion caused by the waste of resources,but also to avoid the excessive fertilization caused by soil compaction,thus affecting other crops and destroying the soil structure,improve and perfect the traditional cultivation pattern of local safflower.The following conclusions are obtained in this experiment:(1)the influence of double factor randomized experiment on fruit varieties of safflower BH-1agronomic traits: N fertilizer application when the nitrogen absorption and utilization rate is high,the height and the diameter of the main high,three N fertilizer > two N fertilizer > one N fertilizer is proportional to the.The processing has little influence on the angle of branches,and there is no significant difference between them.The three times,compound fertilizer,NPK fertilizer,NP fertilizer and NK fertilizer significantly increased the effective number of balls,and three times applied compound fertilizer > three times applying NPK fertilizer > three times applying NK fertilizer > three times applying NP fertilizer.The three largest of compound fertilizer is total fruit number,have the effect of ball ball number,the first branch,two branches,three effects of NPKfertilization on fruit diameter and single fruit seed number is relatively large,three NPK fertilizer >three times compound fertilizer > three applying NP fertilizer > three applying NK fertilizer > three N fertilizer,in addition to the three N fertilizer,the difference was not significant.(2)on the new line of safflower BH-1 fertilization fruit flower and seed yield and quality of three fertilizer complex influence of fertilizer flower and seed yield,yield three NPK fertilizer for flowers and seeds after the three topdressing compound in fertilizer,there is no significant difference between the two.Compared with other treatments,the three application of NPK fertilizer had significant difference(P<0.05).Three application of NPK fertilizer on flavonoids,flower and seed polysaccharide content in the greatest impact,three fertilizer,three time topdressing compound fertilizer NP,the two time topdressing compound fertilizer has obvious promoting effect on flavonoids and polysaccharide content in flowers and seeds,and three NPK fertilize > three compound fertilizer >three applying NP fertilizer > two compound fertilizer..Compared with the three applying NPK fertilizer,there was no significant difference between the three times,and the three times NPK fertilizer had significant difference compared with three kinds of fertilization,two times fertilization,three times applying NK fertilizer,the NP fertilizer applying for the second time,and the N fertilizer applying for the second time(P<0.05).The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two treatments.(3)Single factor randomized block experiment density effects on fruit safflower BH-1 strains have impact density on Agronomic Traits of safflower,plant height and main stem height as the density decreases first and then increases.15cm×35cm,plant height and stem height were minimum,compared with other treatments,there was no significant difference.15cm×50cm agronomic traits of plant total fruit ball number,angle,branch and stem number of branches,have the effect of ball number,fruit diameter,fruit ball grain number were maximum,15 cm × 45 cm,15cm × 40 cm,no significant difference.There are significant differences with the traditional 15cm×20cm+15cm ×50cm and 15cm×30cm.15cm×30cm agronomic characters,total fruit number per plant,branch andmain stem angle,first order branch number,effective ball number,diameter of fruit ball and grain number per fruit were minimum,and there was significant difference compared with other treatments.(4)Single factor randomized block experiment on density of fruit varieties of safflower BH-1economic yield and quality of fruit varieties: BH-1 red flower and seed yield were under 15×20+15×50>15cm×40cm>? 15cm×35cm>15cm×45cm>15cm×30cm>15cm×40cm.There was no significant difference under 15×20+15×50 and 15cm×40cm treatment for BH-1 of safflower flower and seed yield,but 15cm×40cm and other treatments have significant difference.15cm×50cm measured the minimum yield of flowers and seeds,and there was a significant difference between them and other treatments.New lines of fruit BH-1 of safflower flower and seed flavonoids and polysaccharide content of 15cm×50cm>15cm×20cm+15cm×50cm>15cm×45cm>15cm×40cm>15cm×35cm>15cm×30cm? The T1 strain of flavonoid content in fruit of safflower BH-1flower and seed minimum,compared with other treatments had significant difference at 5% level(p<0.05),there are significant differences in the 1% significant level(p<0.01).
