(1) The relationship between six kinds of microalgae(Isochrysis galbana,Pavloca viridis,Chaetoceros muelleri,Nannochloropsis oculata,Platymonas subcordiformis,Chlorella sp)to colr parameters and the growth was studied, the results showed that: 1. the cell number , Chlorophyll A, dry cell weight, color parametesr L, color parametesr b and color parametes ?E of six kinds of microalgae increased gradually with the time of breeding, but the color parameters a of different microalgae were different with the trend of breeding time , the color parameters a of Isochrysis galbana and Chaetoceros muelleri with the increase in breeding time gradually increased ,the other microalgae with the increase in breeding time gradually reduced ;2.The color parameters L, a, b and?E of the six microalgae were all significantly correlated with the number of days of culture, the number of cells, chlorophyll a, carotenoid and dry weight (P<0.01) ; the color parameters L of the six microalgae were negatively correlated with the number of days, the number of cells, the cytochrome and the dry weight ; the color parameters b of the six microalgae were positively correlated with the number of days, the number of cells, the cytochrome and the dry weight ; the color parameters a of Isochrysis galbana and Chaetoceros muelleri were negatively correlated with the number of days, the number of cells, the cytochrome and the dry weigh ,the other microalgae were positively correlated ;3.the color parameters L, a, b and ? E showed a good linear relationship with chlorophyll a , and the fitting degree was higher ,so it was suggested that the chlorophyll a of microalgae could be estimated by measuring the color parameters of microalgae.(2) In the lab, the clearance rate, oxygen consumption rates, ammonia excretion rates and absorption efficiency of Pinctada martensii were examined under four kinds of microalgae (Isochrysis galbana,Chlorella sp,Chaetoceros muelleri?Platymonas subcordiformis) using the indoor experimental ecological methods. The results showed that: weight had significant effects on the clearance rate, oxygen consumption and ammonia excretion rates of Pinctada martensii , the oxygen consumption and ammonia-N excretion rates of P. martensii were negatively correlated with its body weight , which could be expressed as the negative correlated power function , the clearance rate, oxygen consumption rates and ammonia excretion rates of small size were significantly higher than those of the other two groups ; under the concentration of 10×104 ?30 × 104cell/mL,the clearance rate decreased with the increasing food concentration, different microalgae had significant effects on the clearance rate of Pinctada martensii (P< 0.05) , with Isochrysis galbana as food, the clearance rate of Pinctada martensii, is the highest,up to 4.0L/h/g, followed by is Chaetoceros muelleri, which is Chlorella, the lowest is Platymonas subcordiformis. up to 1.2.L/h/g.; under the concentration of 10×104?20×104cell/mL, oxygen consumption and ammonia excretion rates increased with the increasing food concentration, but under the concentration of 30 X 104cell/ml,began to decline , showed that shellfish activity was inhibited ; when fed on with Platymonas subcordiformis , the oxygen consumption and ammonia excretion rates is higher than the others , Pinctada martensii digestion Platymonas subcordiformis.need to consume more energy ;In this experiment, absorption efficiency of Pinctada martensii changesd with the change of concentration, but not too much, there was no difference in the absorption efficiency of different species to the same microalgae, but food quality had effects on the assimilation efficiency obviously (P< 0.05) ,The assimilation efficiency of Isochrysis galbana is about 76% ? 85%, the assimilation efficiency of Chaetoceros muelleri is about 68% ? 71%, the assimilation efficiency of Chlorella sp is about 12% ?25%,the assimilation efficiency of Platymonas subcordiformis is about 10% -35%.
