Wheat(Triticum aestivum L.)is one of the most important crops in China and the major food for many people in the world.The wheat breeding work concerns the livelihood of the people,as well as the significant for national defense.Compared with the conventional cultivar,Synthetic wheat,hybrid by durum wheat and Aegilops stauschii,with improved chromosome of D group,had rich genetic diversity.And it do enriched the genetic resources of wheat breeding work.Genetic diversity is the core of biodiversity.It's the basement of collection,conservation,research,development and utilization on germplasm resources.As well as the key goal of quality improvement and breeding work.Most of phenotypic variation is a result of multiple factors,including genetic itself and the environment.So that phenotypic variation can be divided into three categories: heritable variation,environmental variation and interaction.This research is based on 110 samples,including 87 aritficial samples from CIMMYT and 23 conventional cultivar samples.By surveying the date of 110 samples on the main agronomic trait,whether the genetic diversity rich or not were analyzed with the SPSS software.According to statistic analysis with six characters from 110 samples distributed in three different areas,calculation by diversity index,coefficient of variation(CV),correlations and clustering analysis,the results are listed as follow:(i)The maximal average of coefficient of variation in 3 different areas is peduncle length(PLE)in NanYang with 22.93% and the minimal is the character on Flag-leaf width with 8.55%.Synthetic wheat is higher than common wheat.(ii)Diversity index in synthetic wheat is higher than common wheat except peduncle length(PLE)in NanYang.The results matched those of a similar date in SanYuan.(iii)By clustering analysis all varieties in YangLing and NanYang were divided into 2 clusters while the Euclidean distance turn to 7.Synthetic wheat with 87 samples named A and common wheat with 23 samples named B.Because of environment in San Yuan,the results of clustering analysis is different to other areas.It group 9 synthetic wheat into common while the Euclidean distance turn to 5.It shows the environment in SanYuan has a significant impact on those 9 samples.(iv)By correlation analysis,other character has negatively or significantly correlation with Flag-leaf width character and positive correlation with Plant height character.
