Wheat is one of the main food crops in the world and China. The yield of wheat is directly related to the food security of our country. This study is based on the zang1862 and 3331, and 193 RIL groups which are constructed by the method of a grain of wheat. By using the constructed parents of Tibet semi wild wheat 1862 and common wheat 3331 RIL groups to analyze and explain the relationships between yield composition factors such as thousand seed weight, grain number and other important agronomic traits and yield constitute factors, which to explore the effects of various agronomic traits of wheat yield. It has important significance to increasing the yield of wheat in China and protecting our country food security. This group also help the population yield and agronomic traits related to QTL analysis well prepare for a certain. By using SPSS 19.0 survey and statistics of frequency, correlation and the coefficient of variation of agronomic traits in RIL population. Results are as follows: by using of including 193 families wheat RIL population, the variation coefficient of plant height, ear length, fertile spikelet number, spike compactness and spikelet number variation coefficient are larger; t are larger which more than 10%, sterile spikelet number is greater than 50%, and the coefficient of variation of spikelet number per spike is less than 10%. We can choose the progeny whose panicle traits is better than parents. We can also select high plant height, medium plant height, low plant height and so on according to the type of plant height. This group has the possibility to choose better characters types of wheat varieties. Because grains per panicle and thousand seed weight are factors of wheat yield, plant height, panicle length, fertile spikelet number, sterile spikelet number, grains per panicle, spikelet number, spike compactness, grain number of spikelet, thousand seed weight can influence of the wheat yield by affecting grains per panicle. We can also increase the wheat yield by indirectly increasing those agronomic characters. Thousand grain weight is significant positive correlation with sterile spikelet number, and thousand grain weight is significant negative correlation with panicle length fertile spikelet number, grain number per spike, spikelet number. The relative factors to wheat thousand seed weight is fertile spikelet number, spikelet number, grains per panicle, panicle length, sterile spikelet number, which is sequenced by how close they are. Because grains per panicle and thousand seed weight are factors of wheat yield, the wheat yield could be improved by effecting on sterile spikelet number, panicle length, fertile spikelet number, grains per panicle and pikelet number. And cluster analysis and principal component analysis were done to the constructed group. The result of cluster analysis is that comparing with the I, III group, the Ⅱ group shows the most excellent and the Ⅱ group is more worthy of study of germplasm resources, especially the screening of excellent panicle traits. The result of the principal component analysis is the first principal component has the better explanation for each variable.
