At present,supply of wheat and other grain have solved the hunger problem but the content of functional nutrients in the grain required by the human body does not meet the nutritional standards.In this paper,agronomic characters and functional components of different wheat varieties(lines)in four wheat planting ecological sites of Yaodu experimental area,salt lake experimental area,Wenxi experimental area and Taigu experimental area were determined by using 5 purple wheat varieties and 19 common wheat varieties(lines)as materials.The influence of different regions on varieties and the correlation between agronomic traits and functional components were analyzed,and the following conclusions were drawn:The agronomic characters of common wheat in the four test plots were the Wan mai 1643,Jin tai 114,Wan mai 715,Liang xing 99 and CZ44.The agronomic characters of purple wheat varieties were more stable the Wanmai 20 and Luozhen 1.Reference for breeding selection.Different regions and varieties have inf luence on different characters of wheat,but different regions have more influence on plant height and chlorophyll than different varieties;The effects of different varieties on spike length,flag leaf length,flag leaf width,spikelet number,1000-grain weight and yield were greater than those in different areas.The contents of Zn and Se in the same cultivar varied greatly in different regions,and the effects of different regions on the contents of Cr,Fe,Cu,Zn and Se in wheat were greater than those of different cultivars.The content of anthocyanin in common wheat was very low,and the content of anthocyanin in different areas was almost the same,while the content of anthocyanin in purple wheat was higher,18 times higher than that in common wheat.With the increase of anthocyanin content in purple wheat,Cr element in purple wheat may decrease,while Se element may increase.The content of Fe,Cu and Zn in purple wheat is not necessarily related to the content of anthocyanin.There was a signif icant negative correlation between anthocyanin and spike length,but no significant correlation between anthocyanin and other agronomic characters,yield characters and chlorophyll in plant height.There may be synergistic absorption effects between Cr and Fe,Cr and Cu,Cr and Zn,and Fe and Cu elements in wheat,while there may be antagonistic effects between Se and Cr,Se and Fe elements.When the content of chlorophyll in wheat cultivar is high,the content of Se may also be high.Wheat can achieve high yield while pursuing rich Cr and Se,but high yield may dilute Fe and Cu content of wheat.In general,the most effective breeding methods to achieve optimal yield and high yield of wheat in huang-huai winter wheat region and middle winter wheat region are: appropriately reducing plant height,moderately increasing leaf width of wheat and then improving chlorophyll content and developing optimal panicle combinations with more fertile spikelet number under the condition of ensuring wheat photosynthetic products and 1000-grain weight.At the same time according to the needs of different trace elements to be selected.
