In this study,we identified 5 secondary reproductive traits and their genetic parameters were estimated using Animal-Model-method,according to the actual production needs and the use of quantitative genetics,bio-statistics,breeding and other theories,after downloaded the data of KANGDA Rabbit Development Co.,Ltd and working here for a while.The phenotypic parameters of general reproductive traits were calculated;The difference of traditional traits was phenotypic parameters analyzed and the correlation analysis was carried out;The effect of the fixed effect on the traits was estimated,including seasonal,parity and farm.There are the secondary traits: lifetime Breeding Parity(LBP),Productive Life(PL),Litter Interval(LI),number of Bunny Rabbit per Year(BRY),Number after Selecting(SN).In general,there were significant differences among the specialized patrilineal(Lines 5,6,7),specialized matrilineal(Lines 1,2)and the single line(Lines 3,4).The LBP showed a more obvious difference,the specialized patrilineal(4.46-4.80 parity)was lower than the specialized maternal(5.03-5.04 parity),the single lines(5.20-5.90 parity)was highest at the same time.The PL also showed a similar law,the specialized patrilineal(155.06-190.00 days)was lower than the specialized matrilineal(210.00-210.80 days).The LI between the three specialized lines was essentially the same,The specialized paternal(60.85-67.48 days)was slightly lower than the specialized maternal(67.00-68.64 days),both of them were lower than the single line(66.54-69.49 days).The BRY of three types of specialized lines were basically the same,the difference among the lines was not significant.There was significant difference in the SN of patrilineal,the difference was not significant of Maternal,But both of them were higher than the single strain.The heritability of LBP was between 0.0690 and 0.0804;the heritability of PL was between 0.0360 and 0.0736;The heritability of LI was between 0.0662 and 0.0782;The heritability of BRY was between 0.0526 and 0.0821;The heritability of SN was between0.0491 and 0.0859.And all these heritabilities were below 0.1.All the traits belonged to low heritability traitsThere were significant differences among LS,NBA,LW,W,LW21,LS21,W21 and WW.There was no significant difference in the LW between the Line 5 and line 6,the line 2 and the line 5,the line 1 and line 6,the line 2 and the line 6,and the difference between the line 2and line3 was not significant.There was no significant difference in W21 between line5 and line 6,line4 and line 7.There was no significant difference in WW between line 5 and line6.The difference between the remaining traits was significant.By calculating the phenotypic correlation of the traits,it was found that LS and NBA were negatively correlated,indicating that the increase in LS could not improve the fecundity.The NBAr was positively correlated with the W,Indicating that the W was higher when the NBA was higher;the W and the W21 were positively correlated with the LSW,indicating that the individual's survival rate was higher and could be used to LSW to choose.Seasonal produce a significant impact on the reproductive performance of the system.On the whole,the reproductive performance in winter was the highest,followed by spring and poor in summer,and there were significant differences with other three seasons.There were significant differences in reproduction performance between different rabbits.With the increase in parity,reproductive performance first increased and then decreased,the first two tires,the third child reached the peak after the beginning of decline,after the emergence of a significant decline in five tires.The reproductive performance of the first fetus was significantly lower than that of the second and third tires,slightly lower than that of the fourth fetus,and the difference was not significant.Production should pay attention to adjust the population structure,6 and more mothers and rabbits in time to group out.The effect of FARM-YEAR effect on reproductive performance was obvious.In general,with the advance of time,the growth rate and weight of future generations continued to increase,but the number of litter size and the number of live births of female rabbits decreased.the LW21,WW of maternal showed an upward trend;the LWW and LSW of Patrilineal showed a declining trend,and the LWW and LSW of single line showed a decreasing trend while the WW showed upward trend.
