The emitter is one of the core components of the drip irrigation system,the hydraulic performance and anti-clogging performance of the emitter directly affect the running efficiency and irrigation performance of the drip irrigation system.Trace drip irrigation seen as a new type of irrigation technology,has aroused the concern of the community,but for the hydraulic performance and anti-clogging performance of the trace emitter was researched less.In this paper,two kinds of trace drip irrigation and two kinds of inner-chip patch-type drip irrigation zone were used as the research object.By the indoor experiment,the experiment and theoretical analysis of the hydraulic performance and anti-sedimentation clogging and anti-biological clogging and anti-fertilizer water clogging performance of the trace drip irrigation and inner-chip patch-type drip irrigation zone were carried out,the main conclusions are:(1)The hydraulic performance parameters such as irrigation uniformity coefficient,flow deviation,flow index,flow coefficient and so on were analyzed by indoor experiment of hydraulic performance of the trace drip irrigation.The results showed that the irrigation uniformity coefficient was 98.66%,the flow index was 0.5094 and the flow coefficient was 0.0894.The drip irrigation uniformity was good and the quality of the drip was better.The results show that the hydraulic performance of the tracer can be described quantitatively.(2)The experimental results showed that the average flow rate of trace drip irrigation zone A fluctuated under the same sediment level under the same sediment water test condition.Only the first 16 h of the experiment had more serious clogging.The trapped drip irrigation average flow rate of B was kept at the initial flow level,and no obvious clogging occurred.In the third hour,the plugging rate was over 90%.Therefore under the same test conditions,compared with the inlaid patch-type drip irrigation zone,trace drip irrigation with better anti-sediment clogging performance.(3)The results showed that under the same reclaimed water irrigation condition,the average flow rate of the trace drip zone B was kept at the initial flow level,and no obvious clogging occurred,and had good anti-reclaimed water clogging performance;The trace drip irrigation zone A remained substantially at the initial flow level during the reclaimed water test,with two more significant flow reductions occurring,but both were able to return the average flow to the initial level after timely rinsing,and when the trace drip irrigation zone A clogged biological blockage,the clogging rate has not been more than 80%,the anti-reclaimed water blockage of trace drip irrigation A is better,and the recovery after blocking ability is better.(4)The results showed that the drip irrigation zone A had a decrease in flow after 50 h,under the same type of soluble fertilizer solution,the average flow rate could be restored to the initial level,when the rinsing was carried out after was irrigated.The trace drip irrigation zone A has a better recovery performance after the occurrence of fertilizer clogging.The average flow rate of the trace drip irrigation zone B in the fertilizer water test the average flow rate remained at the initial flow level fluctuations,when the flow of decline,through timely water rinse,the flow was quickly recovered,its resistance to fertilizer clogging and recovery performance is better.(5)The influence of the location,clogging rate and the change of working pressure on the irrigation uniformity of the tracer emitter was found.When the tracer emitter was blocked,only the plugging rate of the emitter was different.The irrigation evenness of the emitter has a significant effect.In a certain range,the irrigation uniformity of the tracer is inversely proportional to the clogging rate.The greater the clogging rate,the lower the irrigation uniformity level.The effect of the working pressure and the occurrence of the clogging on the irrigation evenness of the tracer was not significant.(6)For the particles with a particle size below 0.1 mm,the effect of the sediment gradation on the clogging of the tracer is different from that of the sediment.When the sediment content is below 1.0 g/L,the effect of different sediment particle size on the plugging of the evaporator is significantly different.When the sediment content is above 1.0 g/L,the sediment volume is different.The effect of the emitter blockage is low.Sediment particle size in the range of 0.03~0.05 mm larger proportion of the sediment gradation b and sediment particle size of 0.05 mm or more particles accounted for a larger proportion of sediment gradation d on the trace irrigation device caused by more serious clogging.
