Cyclobalanopsis glauca belongs to the genus Fagaceae,Quercus and evergreen tree species,and its ecological adaptability is relatively strong.It is an excellent tree species of precious timber,which the main dominant tree species of the humid evergreen broad-leaved forest in the eastern subtropics of China.Cyclobalanopsis glauca concentrated in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River.As a result of the climate affected by the climate of Cyclobalanopsis glauca often suffer from drought and floods.For the research of Cyclobalanopsis glauca,there are few studies on the stress physiology of Cyclobalanopsis glauca seedlings in different provenances and breeding.In this paper,we selected different species of Cyclobalanopsis glauca seedlings that carried out in Drought,Flooding stress and different fertilization experiment to explore and reveal the changes of physiological and biochemical indexes of Cyclobalanopsis glauca and the growth characteristics under fertilization conditions.So as to provide a theoretical basis for the selection of seedling material of Cyclobalanopsis glauca,seedling water management and rational fertilization.Drought stress:The Drought stress of three 1-year-old Cyclobalanopsis glauca seedling was selected from Hunan(No.16),Guangxi(No.17)and Anhui(No.18).The results showed that:(1)The activity of SOD,POD and the content of relative water decreased with the increase of drought stress,and the content of MDA and free pro line increased with the increase of drought stress.(2)The growth indexes of Cyclobalanopsis glauca seedlings were significantly different,and the chlorophyll content was significantly correlated with SOD and POD activity at 0.01 level.The chlorophyll content was significantly correlated with the soluble protein content at 0.05 level.(3)After factor analysis,the comprehensive scores of Hunan,Guangxi and Anhui were-3.414,4.573 and 3.572,and it was found that the drought resistance of Cyclobalanopsis glauca seedlings was strong.Flooding stress:the test material with the same as drought stress,with control,wet damage and flooding 3 re-treatment,the physiological and biochemical indexes of the seedlings were determined,the results show:(1)Under the wet treatment,chlorophyll,MDA content,SOD,POD activity,free and soluble protein content of Cyclobalanopsis glauca were increased with the increase of test time,but the growth rate was difference.Under the flooding treatment,The content of MDA,SOD,POD activity and free proline content of Cyclobalanopsis glauca seedlings increased with the increase of test time,and the content of soluble protein decreased first and then decreased.(2)There were significant differences in the physiological and biochemical indexes of the three provenances of Cyclobalanopsis glauca seedlings in different treatments.Under the continuous flooding stress,the correlation between the six physiological and biochemical indexes was significant.(3)After the factor analysis,the comprehensive scores of Hunan,Guangxi and Anhui were 23.241,26.174 and 24.254.Cyclobalanopsis glauca seedling waterlogging:Guangxi>Anhui>Hunan,Cyclobalanopsis glauca seedlings from Guangxi is priority selection when in the lower terrain,easy to form floods and afforestation for afforestation.Different fertilization treatment:The 1-year-old Cyclobalanopsis glauca seedlings were selected for the orthogonal experiment of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium.The results showed that the effect of 8(A3B2C1)on the dry weight was the most significant,and the sixth treatment(A2B3C1)had more obvious effects on ground diameter,seedling height,root weight,leaf weight and total biomass.The results showed that the N element had a significant effect on the seedling height,ground diameter,root weight,leaf weight and total biomass at the 0.05 level,and the P and K elements were higher than those of the above-mentioned growth index don't reach a significant level.While the N element had a significant effect on the branch weight at the 0.01 level,and the P and K elements had a significant effect on the shoot weight at the 0.05 level.According to the results of the range analysis,the effect of N,P,K elements on seedling diameter,seedling height,shoot and total biomass was:N>P>K,and the effect on root weight and leaf weight was:N>K>P.
