The structure of the world animal husbandry industry is complex,but China’s animal husbandry in the world rankings in a very high proportion,especially the ratio of domestic beef and mutton,accounting for about half of the world’s livestock and poultry industry is about 15%.China’s livestock structure in the continuous promotion stage,and beef in the Chinese market is definitely a high degree of consumption,accounting for about 25%of the market,because beef cattle need to go through the process of fattening.China’s beef consumption per capita accounts for about half of the world,while Yanbian cattle in Yanbian area dominate the domestic market,in order to further enhance the high-end market of Yanbian beef,animal husbandry industry in this area of great attention.The aim of this study was to study the constituents of fatty acids and the expression of genes related to fatty acid synthesis in different parts of fattening cattle in Yanbian cattle.The slaughter performance,fat content,fatty acid com position and gene expression of Yanbian cattle were studied.Select the 6,healthy,similar weight,the same age Yanbian cattle fattening cattle,each cow were selected after the buttocks,west cold,eye muscle,upper brain,neck meat,cattle chest,sirloin,meat 8 parts,Three parts were repeated,and the contents of muscle fat and the content of fatty acid and the difference of structure and struct ure were measured.The gene expression and development of myogenic and adipogenic factors were analyzed by correlation analysis.The results showed that:(1)Slaughter performance:the difference between the groups was not signif icant(P>0.05)(2)The fat content of muscle:the content of fat in the posterior buttocks was significantly lower than that in other parts(P<0.05).The fat content of the upper brain was the highest,followed by the meat,the west,the eye muscle;(P>0.05).(3)fatty acid content of intramuscular fat:myristic acid(C14:0)in the m uscle tissue after the hip content of the highest;The content of palrmitic acid(C16:0)in the posterior hip was significantly hig her than that In the western cold,eye muscle,neck meat and body fat(P<0.05).The content of stearic acid(C18:0)in the western cold was significantly hi gher than that in other(P<0.05).The content of oleic acid(C18:1n9)was sig nificantly higher than that of other parts(P<0.05).The content of linoleic acid(C18:2n6)was significantly higher in the hip(P<0.05);linolenic acid(C18:3)was significantly higher in the posterior hips;C20:5 and C22:6 were not significantly different.(4)myogenic factor mRNA expression:(P<0.05).The expression level of MYF5 in the upper brain was the highest,and the expression level of MYF5 was higher than that of other parts(P<0.05)(P<0.05).The expression of MYOD and MYOG in the bovine and sirloin were significantly higher than those in other parts(P<0.05).(5)Expression of lipopolysaccharide mRNA:(P<0.05).The expression of SREBP1 in the flesh and bovine breast was significantly higher than that in the other groups(P<0.05).The C/EBP family gene was significantly higher in the boson GPR43 was the highest in the bovine chest.(6)Expression of fatty acid synthesis-related genes:(P<0.05).The expression of CPT-1 in the sirloin was significantly higher than that in other parts(P<0.05);the expression of SCD was significantly higher th an that of other parts(P<0.05)Muscle and bovine breast were significantly hig her than other parts(P<0.05).In this study,the content of fatty acids in different parts of Yanbian cattle was higher than that in Yanbian cattle.The content of fatty acids in different parts of Yanbian cattle was higher than that in Yanbian cattle.The contents of li noleic acid and linolenic acid were the highest in the hips.The factors of PPA Ry,C/EBP,GPR43,SREBP and intramuscular fat were positively correlated,Fatty acid regulator SCD,AMPK,CPT-1β had a negative effect on the synthesi s of monounsaturated fatty acids in intramuscular fat,and the effects of fatty acid regulator SCD,AMPK and CPT-1β on the synthesis of monounsaturated fatty acids in intramuscular fat were positively correlated with adipose tissue MYOG,MYOD,MYF5,MRF4 and intramuscular fat The changes of fatty acid content in different parts of Yanbian cattle were related to the differences of fatty acid regulation related gene expression.This study will improve the quality of beef in the livestock industry in the production of high-grade beef will be of great significance.
