Eggplant is a large area of China's cultivation of commonly used vegetables, eggplant verticillium wilt is a typical soil-borne disease,to the huge production of eggplant losses. In this study, the rhizosphere soil of eggplant was used as the experimental material.Among them,'Taurum' wild eggplant was the rootstock and the susceptible variety 'Xi'an green eggplant' was scion.and four treatments were set up:(G)grafted seedlings(B);grafted seedlings of Verticillium dahliae(GB).The effects of soil microbial biomass and microbial community diversity were studied by analyzing the effects of inoculation of Rhizoctonia solani and grafting on the soil enzyme activity and soil physical and chemical properties of the eggplant rhizosphere at different periods and the different rhizosphere soil microbial community and the rhizosphere soil microbial community diversity,in order to solve the problem of eggplant continuous cropping obstacles for eggplant disease to provide the basis for biological control. The main results of the trial are as follows:1.The effect of different treatments on soil physical and chemical properties of eggplant rhizosphere was significantly different. The contents of organic matter, ammonium nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen and available phosphorus in rhizosphere soil of grafted seedlings were significantly higher than those of self-rooted seedlings. The contents of soil pH,organic matter, ammonium nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium were significantly decreased in the rhizosphere soil of Verticillium dahliae.Grafting can effectively improve the soil physical and chemical properties of rhizosphere soil, and inoculation of Verticillium dahlia can reduce soil physical and chemical properties.2.The activity of polyphenol oxidase and peroxidase in rhizosphere soil increased, the activity of catalase and dehydrogenase decreased, and inoculated with Verticillium dahliae could reduce the rhizosphere soil dehydrogenase The activity of hydrogen peroxide. The activity of polyphenol oxidase, catalase, peroxidase and dehydrogenase in rhizosphere soil of grafted eggplant was always higher than that of self-Eggplant through grafting can effectively improve the activity of dehydrogenase and catalase, and then showed resistance to Verticillium wilt.Rhizosphere soil enzyme activity and grafted eggplant Verticillium.wilt resistance is closely related.3.The number of fungi and actinomycetes in the rhizosphere soil of the grafted eggplant was higher than that of the rooted egg.By grafting can reduce the number of eggplant rhizosphere bacteria, increase the number of fungi and actinomycetes. The number of rhizosphere soil microbes increased significantly after inoculation with Verticillium dahliae. The number of rhizosphere bacteria has a certain correlation with the graft resistance. The reason of grafting eggplant may be due to the increase of the number of bacteria in the rhizosphere soil of eggplant, which makes it resistant.4.Grafting can increase the ability of soil microbes in the rhizosphere soil to make use of the carbon source,so that the rhizosphere soil microbes are evenly distributed and the dominance is increased. The main use of the eggplant is the amino acid carbon source, and the grafting can improve the rhizosphere soil microbes on the amino acids The use of carbon sources, inoculation of Verticillium dahliae can reduce the use of amino acids in the rhizosphere soil microbes. In order to study the relationship between the grafted eggplant resistance to Verticillium dahliae and rhizosphere soil microbial community diversity,it is necessary to use the flowering period and the present Budding rhizosphere soil analysis, which can reduce the error and increase the accuracy of the test results.
