Root mustard is a characteristic vegetable in Fuyang area.As a result of the cultivation of root mustard in successive years,there are some problems such as mixed degradation of different varieties,which seriously affect the sustainable development of root mustard.In order to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the high yield and high efficiency cultivation in this area,this experiment has important theory for the healthy and sustainable development of the root mustard industry in this region.Value and practical guidance.The results are as follows:(1)The SRAP marker polymorphism of Linquan mustard and mixed degraded mutant was obviously inconsistent.From the molecular marker level,it was proved that the local root mustard had a more serious mixed degradation phenomenon.The net photosynthetic rate,root weight,Vc content,protein and soluble sugar of the mixed cultivars were significantly higher than those of the non-purified cultivars.The results showed that there were obvious heterosis in the growth,root weight,yield and quality of the mustard.(2)Low concentration of boric acid could promote the germination of Brassica juncea seeds.The high concentration of boric acid could inhibit the germination of Brassica juncea seeds,and the best seed soaking with 100 μ mol · L-1 boric acid was not only Can significantly improve the germination potential,germination rate and seed germination of key enzymes(dehydrogenase and acid phosphatase)activity,and can significantly improve the root mustard seedling total antioxidant capacity and penetration(3)Sowing date and density test results showed that the root was planted on orifted on August 9,and the plant spacing was 45 cm X 20 cm,which was beneficial to the growth of root mustard,the formation of yield and Improve the quality.The results of fertilizer test showed that 50 kg/667 m2 ternary compound fertilizer(15:15:15)was used for the preparation of soil,and the compound fertilizer was mixed with 20 kg/667 m2 + 15 kg/667 m2 potassium chloride,(8 kg/667 m2)in the use of trace element fertilizer to reduce the root mustard black heart disease have a certain effect,and is conducive to improving soil fertility.
