Fertilization is the important link in the whole process of agricultural production.The output of grain production is directly affected by the fertilizer quality.Today under the rapidly development of agricultural modernization,it could increase the efficiency and save cost by using the air suction precision seeding machine.Air suction precision seeding machine has the technical advantages like synchronization in fertilization and high-seeding operation and so on..But the air suction precision seeding machine is the same as like other type precision seeding machines which is fully enclosed in the fertilization process.It doesn't work by artificial observation homework to ensure the quality and efficiency of fertilizing operation.It is not only causing wasting fertilizer but also the environmental pollution by the artificial measure for fertilization calculation.So it is very necessary to design a system with the device of electronic monitoring and measurement for the process of fertilization at air suction precision seeding machine.Consulting the current research status of fertilization measurement and monitoring in domestic and overseas papers and research.Studied on the basis of the existing technology,this paper puts forward the suction type precision seeder fertilizing measurement monitoring system design and test.(1)This paper studies the factors affecting the parameters of the fertilizer rate,commonly used solid granular fertilizer for the density,size determination.Analyzed the rows of the opening of the fertilizer shaft parameters and the fertilizer shaft speed the influence of the size of a row of fertilizer consumption.Draw in the line of fertilizer consumption of the opening of the fertilizer on the size of the shaft is more significant than the effect of row fat shaft speed.(2)Development with embedded industrial control computer as the core processor system calculation,design of PC system has the function of each module,design and development of PC software,determine the realization of fertilizer consumption monitoring system software,fat tube monitoring alarm,empty bins blocked alarm,precision seeder GPS positioning,and other functions.Defines the system communication protocol and the communication address allocation,join the anti-jamming design of PC system.(3)Determine the STCl2C5A60S2 microcontroller as a machine to collect the processor,the complete machine under the selection of the data acquisition of the sensor and circuit design,to fat flow monitoring sensor selection factors affecting fat flow monitoring,resistance to dust treatment method is put forward to join fat flow monitoring sensors selection and circuit design.To lower place machine each patch software functions and data acquisition node communication design and development.Completed the hardware debugging,joined the anti-interference design of the circuit system.(4)The fertilization monitoring system verifies the reliability and accuracy of the test,through laboratory at the beginning of the fertilization rates by a calibration test,determine the distributing shaft opening,engine speed,discharge fertilizer consumption,the relationship between the system mathematical model is established.Completed system fertilizer field validation test,fertilizer rate of fertilizer application field test data and laboratory data error to compare and to make up,improve the system measurement precision of fertilizer consumption.The results show that the monitoring system can accurately monitor distributing pipe empty wall condition,working condition of fertilization emptying bins state,the fertilization rates by a real-time measurement.Dust resistance of the system is good and steady operation,achieve the fertilization measurement monitoring system design.
